Great Manager ! During a recent shopping trip, my wife and I encountered a problem with a 5% discount coupon. Our entire $250+ order had to be re-rung due to a technical error with the coupon coding. The manager, Guy, came over, apologized and showed us to an area where we could be seated while another employee re-entered the purchase. Staff quickly completed the job and Guy came over and apologized again along with adding a 100 points to our gas credits! You dont find that kind of service or customer care in the large Grocery stores of today.

One employee is rude every time I am in the store heard her yelling at other employees like she owns them and like she is only one that can do anything right shes just rude and hateful I mean if u dont like ur job quit dont come to work with a attitude its like she doesnt even want u there ordering and eating from the deli I will not be back while shes working in my opinion they should give her the boot looks like she should be retired anyways and I hope this woman is not married bc God help him if she is.

Like Ingles for sales I cant find anywhere else. Also cam only find YAGO SANGRIA at Ingles and this is the BEST sangria Ive ever had! Moving back up here from Florida after 20 years and being used to walking into any Publix and picking up this brand of Sangria anytime I wanted it, it was weird coming here and and not finding it at Publix here in Athens. So walked into Ingles one day saw it on the shelf and was so happy! That day I made Ingles a regular stop!

Stopped by here while driving through town. Surprisingly beautiful store. Nice employees and well stocked store. Also, there is a Starbucks inside and one of the baristas is an amazing artist. Loved her chalk art on the boards above the counter.

Always clean, fresh fruits, beautiful meat, cost is good, has a great many options to choose from. Has a lot of great sales, very helpful nice workers, and helps you take groceries out, has wheelchair motorized carts.

Open 24 hours, always clean, best store brand food available and better than the name brand in most cases. Four stars for the meat prices - for beef, head down to Kroger instead, its worth the two couple of miles.

Friendly, courteous staff and I find the things I need easily. Great selection of produce. I even bought an ice cream churn a few years ago. (That was a nice surprise when I was in need of one.) Thumbs up!!

I shopped at Ingles on Hwy. 29 til the prices trippled. Mgr., One that retired. I shop at Kroger, 29N, prices are great & I leave with a smile & extra cash that I can spend on me!!

I love the variety of Gluten free they have in the store, the guy who works in the fish market is awesome. Takes the time to explain what I need. The bathrooms are usually clean.
