I love shopping at ingles the only issue Ive ever seen is the upper management isnt too people FRIENDLEY the cashiers an bag guys an ladies whichever they are always supper FRIENDLEY an we eat from the DELI QUITE OFTEN ITS CHEAPER FOR 2 PEOPLE THAN COOKING AT HOME IF YA WANT A PLATE WITH MEAT VEGGIES AN BREAD AN MRS. JEAN WHO WORKS IN THE DELI SHES A SWEETHEART SHES BEEN THERE A PRETTY GOOD WHILE WE KNOW EACH OTHER BY NAME SHES ALWAYS FRIENDLEY BUT OVERALL I GAVE YALL 5 STARS ITS A GREAT HOMETOWN GROCERY STORE LETS GET THE UPPER MANAGEMENT TO COMMUNICATE A BIT MORE WITH THE CUSTOMERS AN IT WILL BE AWESOME YALL HAVE A GREAT STORE AN VERY RESPECTFUL STAFF THERE KEEP UP THE AWESOME JOB

I still cannot figure out why the clerks insist on bouncing my apples off of the scale, then the bagging area. If by some miracle, the cash register attendant does not slam them on the counter, the bagger drops them into the bag from 12-18" and bruises them. This is what you can expect when hiring employees that do not understand what fresh produce costs, or the results of bruised produce. The management team seems to not care either, since I have made multiple calls to the local store and corporate. One day, the self checkout lines will be shorter and there will no longer be cashiers to ruin the produce that we pick out for being in good shape.

Do not get gas when Pete is there. Paid for 40 walked out to pump...... Didnt start... He was reading... I was the only one there. Walked back up and told him it didnt start and asked him if I needed to hang it up. He said no. Went back to pump and he had preset it to $20. After it stopped at 20 I walked back up and said.... "it only pumped 20" had to pull out my receipt to show the man which I had purchased $40 worth of gas from less than a minute ago....... WTF? Then he asked me if I had pumped 20 twice and? Wtf!

I was really disappointed in my last visit. Had to go through a self-checkout. When I went to go to the self-checkout it wasnt working correctly. Left went to go to another self-checkout on the way through there was an employee walking by towards it and I told her it did not work. The next thing I see is her scanning her stuff and me still standing in line disappointed. They have mines everywhere thats how I ended up in the self-checkout to begin with.

Not as good of a selection as Publix and they keep the temperature so low, youll think youre in a meat locker. They have a convenient gas station with typically good prices plus you can get 10 cents off per gallon if you spend 100 bucks in a month if you join their rewards program.

I use Ingles pharmacy for all my prescriptions if you call ahead they will be ready within a couple hours there Grocery shopping is Great for specialty items remember to get your Ingles card for great savings and fuel points rewards.

A good place to shop for groceries that lies conveniently next to the highway. The staff will help you, but you will not hear them offer it. Savings are just like what one would come to expect from any franchised shopping center.

A lot of the staff seem really bummed out. Also I find it very hypocritical that theres a sign by customer service that says its a "drug free workplace" right below that sign is chewing tobacco for sale.

The BEST grocery store. Too bad its way out in Commerce. Store is always clean food is fresh. Produce is the freshest compared to the Wal-Mart nearby. Reasonable gas prices too.

Sub was great... I ordered the foot long club toasted. Very tasty! It was more like 1 1/2 foot long. Tuesday special, only cost $4.98.
