I really love Ingles. I think they have great products. They have wonderful gluten free and vegan choices. Top quality products, good meat and produce and a great staff. I have returned things before and they never ask any questions, they just replace it or give me my money back. They are a little higher priced than Walmart but whos not?! They have great deals with the Ingles card and I love getting gas discounts. The only downfall for me has come just in the past few months. I was so shocked to walk into the Clarkesville Ingles not too long ago and felt like it was kind of...neglected. There were broken carts and some junk sitting in the front door. There were lots of boxes and carts sitting in the isles and the bathroom looks awful. The ceiling is torn up in places, the soap dispensers are broken and the door locks are broken. It smells clean enough and there was no big mess but it needs some maintenance. Overall, this Ingles just doesnt feel like that spic and span, super clean, well kept store that it once did.

This Ingles location needs to hire someone in the hot deli to manage the area correctly. I have ordered fried chicken(very large orders) twice. When I arrived to pick up the order I was told they sold my order but would fry more after they changed the oil...I waited an hour. Second time I order 40 chicken tenders. When I arrived to pick up this order, they werent ready. Said I could wait 15 or 20 minutes they would cook the order. Oh yes, let me call the funeral home and tell them to delay my Mothers funeral while they cook the order. Wish there was a Pulix nearby.

Great selection of products. Produce is usually of good quality. Great bakery and prepared foods. Friendly staff that always offers assistance and help. Not to mention kids get a free cookie at the bakery counter when you take them shopping with you! Such a great help! My 3 year old loves going shopping with me because she knows she gets a free cookie. Mother tested, child approved.

I recently brought my father-in-law to this Ingles location. We were very pleased with how well kept and organized the place was. We originally came for the Starbucks coffee and were so impressed we decided to shop for a few other things. The staff in Ingles were great. Betty at the inside Starbucks was especially nice and very helpful.

Ingles in general is one of the worst supermarkets I have ever been to. They have some iron clenched grip on Habersham and NGA. I think its well stocked and clean, but it feels like it wants to literally suck the life out of you when you walk in. The deli is a toss up... 50% you will get good service, 50% chance it will take forever.

I have always received help and superb customer service here. The food selection continues to expand, following nutritional trends. Since the chain is based in NC, some of the produce is local, and I have bought personal care products made in this county. Sales often offer excellent bargains. Its a very pleasant place to shop.

This Ingles has Annies Bakery bread! I really like this bread and it is milk-free. They are very good at trying to help me get my bread. They also have the Silk yogurt, which is something I like to have too. The store is clean and the selection of other groceries is good.

Just visiting town but I stopped in here to get a few things and was amazed! The store is so clean and well organized and well lit. They had exactly what I was looking for. All the employees were so nice. I wish there was a grocery store like this close to my house!

Standard grocery store with slightly above par produce and bakery. Deli swings wildly from perfection to disastrous depending on whos working. Be sure to check dates in the dairy and refrigerator sections as several items purchased have been out of date.
