I talked to Vanessa the store manager and she was extremely rude and said she was too busy with her lunch to talk to me about a large purchase I was goin to make. She went behind the gun counter to eat her lunch and pushed me to a sale associate who had to go back and forth between me and the manager to answer my questions. The associate helped a little but didn't know the answers to my questions. I walked out and the manager didn't care that she lost thier store a $2000 dollar sale. I went to sports authority in Redlands citrus plaza and got what I needed with alot better help. Horrible service will never set foot in that store again. I can't believe big 5 hired a manager like that they could have hired a 5 year old and she could have helped me better and had better knowledge of what she was selling.

I have sporadically shopped here in the past. Nothing special. Bought a golf bag there yesterday. Had to return it because of a bad zipper. My intent was to exchange it. I had to go through the cashier to get help. Several employees including the manager who was more interested in his soft drink loitered around with no one volunteering to help. After 15 minutes, I gave up and had the cashier refund my money. The manager came to confirm the transaction and the cashier explained why I was returning. No response to help. Im a fairly patient and low key person but this was some of the most deplorable service Ive ever seen. Never going back.

a few months purchased a really expensive baseball glove for my husband and they seams on it were falling apart. I went in to exchange it for one that isnt broken, the cashier said i couldnt exchange it. I asked for a manager and thats when it went sour. I was lucky enough to get the store manager who was extremely rude to me and i wasnt even being rude or loud or anything, She went on to tell me that even though i had a receipt i couldnt exchange it or get a refund. Then she asked me to leave her store. I went to another one in san bernardino on highland ave and they exchanged it with no problems at all.

We went For Little League supplies. For what we were shopping for the selection was adequate. Prices were good. Customer service so so. There was a sales associate on the floor and he was the best out of the three we encountered. No greeting as we entered. The associate that checked us out appeared in training but that really wasnt a problem because we all have to learn. It was the lack of friendliness, I mean really. I was more friendly than anyone who worked there.

horrible. tried to buy a tent and about $500 worth of camping gear. they have their prices wrong at checkout the little brown haired girl cashier was too lazy to walk 10 feet to check a price and left me standing there for 10 mins until i finally went and checked a price myself then the tent i was buying was on sale they tried to charge me regular price i walked out horrible

Good prices, decent quality merchandise and helpful staff. During my recent visit to the store with an elderly friend who needed to buy a pair of slippers, not easy to find in July, we were pleasantly surprised when the manager went to the back and brought out just the right pair for my friend.
