I had a great experience with Jenn at Fleet Feet Sports. After Dave and Eva came and spoke to the Inland Empire Running Club at the Kick Off event for LA Marathon Training, I decided to check out their store. I was in need of new running shoes. I was a little disappointed that neither Dave or Eva were in the store on the day I came, they were so nice and helpful at IERC, but Jenn proved herself to be very knowledgeable and just as helpful. She took her time to help me find the right shoe with the right fit. I seem to be between sizes right now. She was knowledgeable on which brands tend to run large and which tend to run small. I will definitely be returning. Thank you, Jenn and Fleet Feet!

AMAZING Customer Service! Very professional staff who love what they do! The owner is very involved in this niche business which makes the buying experience very personalized and reliable - and he created a running group for the area (to try out new-shoe purchases!) They did a great job on upselling us to buy more things we didnt know we needed, but were glad we purchased and we appreciated the sports-insight we received when checking out the large variety of specialty shoes they have in stock. The staff worked with us to understand our running abilities and strides and gave us many choices of shoes to best fit our needs. Highly recommend Fleet Feet Sports!

The staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly when it comes to service. They even allow you to take the shoes out for a little test run if you want around the parking lot. However the prices of the shoes are pricey so be prepared to spends a little cash if you do plan on visiting
