I recently went there to have my glove relaced. I had broken a couple of the laces (one at the top of the glove and one at the finger hole). They relaxed the one at the top of the glove and matched the color pretty well, but they changed the pattern of the lacing. They didnt ask me prior to changing the pattern, and it wasnt what I had asked for. Also they completely forgot to relace the finger hole. They offered little for an explanation. I was disappointed with the outcome of the service.

I was visiting from out of state and found this place on-line. Decided to check it out based on their high satisfaction customer service rating. We are so glad we did. The sales rep that helped us was Veronica, she was awesome! very knowledgeable and patient with my 8yr old ...thank you for that. Lex was also great and knowledgeable super friendly.
