Where to start with this amazing experience I was skeptical to purchase a car online...I buy everything online but would never think to purchase a car online. The experience through the website was seamless, very user friendly. I found the car I was interested in and was still unsure of the "online car buying route" so I picked up the phone and dialed the company number because I felt better speaking with someone to understand how this really works. I spoke to a real person and he was super friendly and helpful, at no time was I rushed off the phone and I had questions about other features the car may or may not have had (because it wasnt listed and wanted to double check), the customer service rep found out the answers I needed and at the end of the conversation, how I understood the entire process was I HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE, moving forward. I was assured if I got the car and didnt like it I had 7 days (or 400 miles) to return it, no questions asked, no cost to me. I also did a trade in at the same time and it was magnificent, I gave them all the details of my trade online and I was quoted a number, I then called the customer service rep to make sure that was the correct number, because they matched Kelly Blue Book to the penny....they told me as long as I was truthful about the car that I would receive the trade in value they quoted me....The only hiccup was the delivery, the car was delayed a couple of days, which didnt matter much, I was just excited to get the car so was sad it wasnt coming when we scheduled but it came 4 days later... Lets discuss the drop off of the new car...Carvana showed up to my address with a beautiful flat bed tow truck carrying my purchase, the Carvana Representative was extremely professional and friendly. She unloaded the truck I purchased and let me take it for a test drive, the truck was clean and looked exactly like the photos. While I went on a test drive she looked over my trade in. By the time I returned from my test drive she already had my trade in on the flat bed and asked me if I was happy, which of course I was.I signed papers, they gave me a fun goody bag...there was no haggle on my trade in, I received the exact amount they promised and now I am a happy owner of 2015 Tahoe. Also, after I have had the car for 6 days since it was delivered they called me to check in and see how my truck was and to make sure I am happy. They even told me if I woke up on day 7 and decided I wanted another color to just call them and they would be happy to change out the car...cool company and concept. I would strongly suggest this way of purchasing a car...it was so much less stressful then car buying at a dealership. I dont believe there was any room for negotiating on my purchase, nor did I care to, they were within the normal price range of other Tahoes that I had looked at, but they had the color that I was having trouble finding in my area of town. I am happy I chose to go with Carvana.

Love My Car and the Buying Process! Ive bought several cars in my day and this by far was the easiest car buying experience that Ive ever had. I hate going to the dealership and going back and forth with annoying car salesmen and spending hours trying to negotiate and lock in a good deal. This literally was so easy. I got a really decent trade-in quote for my car and literally searched the site based on my criteria and bam! My fully loaded 2015 Nissan Altima 3.5 SL was presented with the sale price, taxes and fees, and the trade-in amount provided to me. Financing was equally as simple and my credit is NOT in the best shape right now. Overall the only reason I didnt give this process a 5 is because my delivery was delayed from a Saturday delivery to a Monday delivery. But other than that this was the best car buying experience. I even took my car to a Nissan dealership to get a full and thorough inspection and it passed with flying colors! I would definitely recommend this process to anyone.

I recently bought a Carvana car, and was absolutely in love. The only problem I had was that a fairly large scratch was made on the side of the car from transportation. It was not disclosed online and when it got to my house the associate instantly pointed it out and was completely straight forward about it. She let me know that they had a reimbursement plan that they could give me but that it was only $250. When I got a quote it was well over this amount. When I let them know they instantly jumped to fix it for me. Taking it to get it fixed and covering all the costs to make sure I was satisfied. Not only did they fix that spot, they fixed a ding that was disclosed online and went above and beyond to make me happy. Getting me a rental to drive while they were fixing it and overall staying in touch to make sure that I was informed of the progress. Carvana sure be proud of their customer service and especially of the diligence and persistence of their employees.

By far the best car buying experience for me. Absolutely no pressure, no haggling, no BS, no absurd fees, no sleezy managers rearranging numbers on your contract to make it appear as if you are saving money. Carvana is straight forward, easy, quick, and extremely convenient. Cons: The detailer could have done a better job. There was a long scratch which seemed like it came from a buffer maybe. Its light enough where it can be removed with compound and light buffing. There was wax residue caked up in certain corners and crevices. The engine bay couldve been cleaned a little better. With the experience being so great I dont mind that the detailer dropped the ball. I can pick up the slack and clean it myself. The interior smelled new which is huge for me. The goody bag was nice and so was the gas card which was surprising. Those small things actually made the experience better. Im just in disbelief. Hope to purchase from carvana again in the future.

Carvana is great because they dont charge you for shipping if you live within a certain distance of a delivery center. They will even let you test drive the car for up to 7 days or 400 miles, whichever comes first. If you dont like the car for any reason, they will let you exchange it for a different car. They do phone support during the daytime, live chat in the evenings and email the rest of the time. I never had to wait more than a minute or two to talk to someone on the phone and they respond to their emails within 24 hours. No pressure to buy and they do their best to be straightforward with everything. 360 degree pictures of the inside/ outside and access the Carfax/VIN will help you make an informed decision. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend buying your next car from them.

Good experience but not perfect I picked out a car on Carvana and went through the purchase and finance process. All of that was great! I did call 2 days prior to delivery to confirm that the car had touch screen navigation which was listed on the cars features. The customer service representative put me on hold and called the local team that confirmed that navigation was on the car. Well, when TJ (who was great) pulled up with my new car, there was clearly no navigation on the car. That was pretty disappointing as I had selected the car in part based on that feature. The rest of the car is fine and since I do want that particular vehicle and am in a time crunch, I did accept the car but what easily could have been a 5 star experience was needlessly tarnished over something very much in control.
