I will never trust this dealership again. My husband and I got pre-approved for a 2012 Ram Big Horn. We spoke with the salesman, Chuck, for 2 days talking about this truck and getting everything set. All we had to do was make the 4+ hour drive, sign paperwork, and be on our way. We spoke with Chuck and let him know that we were coming from Fort Myers and that it would take a little longer because we were selling our other car in anticipation of coming home with the truck. We hit some traffic in Orlando but got there at 1:45. Chuck was busy with other customers, which is understandable, so the manager Chase came over to talk to us. He informed us that "fifteen minutes" before we got there, a service tech came over and said they cant sell the truck because of a recall. This would be understandable if their service department didnt close at noon on Saturdays, which it was. They knew an hour and a half before we even got there that "there was a recall" and they didnt bother to tell us.They then refused to tell us what the recall was even about. We walked outside and the truck we wanted to purchase was sitting right there, detailed, inspected and ready to go. He said that he would work us a deal on a different truck, so we gave him an opportunity to do so. The truck we originally looked at was only $24,000 and in pristine condition with all the bells and whistles. He wanted us to buy a brand new truck, without the quality we saw in the other truck. Chase tried to get us in a higher payment with lower quality new truck, when we went there to see a high quality lower payment used truck. Little did we know, every time they suggested a truck, they ran our credit. They ran our credit so many times, I lost count after 8. We never authorized them to run our credit except for the original time on the used truck. I did some research as I was sitting there listening to Chase jabber on and found out that there is NO RECALL on that VIN number. NONE! I searched many different sites and many different recall companies. I used Mopars recall site, and any other site you can think of. Then Chase told me he sent this truck we drove 4+ hours for, to auction. I looked him in the eye and asked him again about this recall. He lied right to my face and said they cant sell a truck with a recall on it and that there was a recall on it. He refused to tell me what the recall was. Lets not forget to mention that Chuck, our "salesman" was finished with his other customers by now. He sat at his desk, turned his back to us, and ate. Then he got up and left without ever saying anything to us about all this. My husband works at a dealership in the body collision section. He spoke with his dealership and had him run the VIN. There is absolutely NO RECALL on this truck. They also ran the Carfax and that even stated there was no pending recalls. There is no reason this dealership couldnt sell me the truck. They simply wanted to do the illegal Bait and Switch tactic. So to recap, I drove 4+ hours to be told that the dealerships service guys, who left 1 hour 45 minutes ago, said there is a recall and the truck cant be sold, simply to find out that there is no recall on this truck and they just wanted to sell us a different, more expensive truck. Then our salesman refused to speak with us and walked around and disappeared. Oh, and our credit was ran so many times it damaged our credit scores. I will never do business with these people again. I will also make sure everyone I know, and they know, knows about this horrible company.

New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge-Zero stars. This dealership ripped my boyfriend off big time! Theyll try to confuse you with mismatched numbers on your contracts, jack up the price without telling you, then after youve signed all the papers, and youre bound to it, youll be stuck. After reviewing the crooked contract they gave to my boyfriend, and I showed him the hard truth about what was real vs. what he was told, he drove the truck back to the dealership and told them he could not afford it. This was merely 2 hours after the deal transpired, but they refuse to let him out of it. I then went to the dealership to speak with them, and a woman named Barbara addressed me very rudely in front of our 3 children. She told me that I was not his wife and that it was was none of my business. She told me that I was "forcing" him out of what he wanted. A later conversation between she and my boyfriend was ruder still, where she told told him, "...youre not married to the girl. Maybe you should rethink your relationship instead of the truck." Whoa! He left the truck and the keys at the dealership, took his tag and told them he COULD NOT do the deal. The woman then tells him that theyll just drop it off at his residence. We have been back there 3 days trying to explain and undo the deal.... The general manager, Fred Peacock, is also a very rude man who runs a very emoral business with little to no integrity. A car dealer friend of ours went with us to the dealership on our 3rd visit to talk with Fred, and tried to help my boyfriend renegotiate the crooked deal. The quote from the salesman (which we have proof of) was $28,000...in the ending of the contract we would be paying just shy of $40,000. We showed these numbers to Mr. Peacock, and his response was, "...I am not responsible for what my salesmen do or say...youre stuck." We tried to explain that this was not the agreed upon price and that the numbers on the dealer order and the buyer contract dont match or add up...to which he responded, "They dont have to." He would not explain. I spoke to the salesmen and asked them if they answered to anyone. They said yes...when I asked who, they said the "boss man". When I asked who the boss man was, they responded, Fred Peacock. I asked a final question...if you made a mistake in a sale, would Fred be responsible for it? Response "...only if it lost us money." No integrity, no morals...all about the money. Shame on you!

I went to this dealership based on a referral from a friend of mine. I traded my 2010 F-350 for a new 2012 3500 Ram Laramie. The sale was quick and the numbers were to my satisfaction. I accepted delivery of this truck at night and didnt examine it with a flashlight(Big Mistake). It turns out the dealer had not inspected it either. When I discovered the fender flares were falling off I called my salesman. He stated it was no problem and they would repair it. I was working out of town at the time. A few days later I noticed a few dents on the roof of the truck. Again I called my salesman and got the same the response "No Problem". The reverse camera is blurry and I cannot see my trailers to hitch them up. I dropped the truck off to get these issues resolved and have been fighting a battle for two weeks. They told me the dent on the roof could have happened anytime and I should have discovered it sooner. Then they refused to have it fixed. My salesman had never reported anything I had found to anyone in service. The camera I was told would be replaced was not. They told me it was dirty. I had already cleaned it off, and it is a known problem I found after reading web forums relating to this vehicle. Then I was told they would repair the dent on the roof if I split the cost with them. I reluctantly accepted the offer and was told it would be repaired this week, the second week my truck has been sitting at their service department. Now I am being told I will have to bring it back again to have this fixed. There seems to be a major communication breakdown with the entire staff at this place. All I wanted was to have my truck repaired to "new" condition, considering I had paid $58,000 for a "new" truck. It seems to me, after the sale no one cares about making things right. After I was given an attitude from everyone that I spoke to I called Dodge customer service and created a case #. My truck is still not fixed and I will never purchase anything from this dealer again. Maybe if they had known I was going to be replacing 7 F450s with Dodge 3500s and also replacing my wifes Ford Expedition they would have repaired my three week old truck without argument, but they would rather battle with me about dents that were on the truck when it was purchased. For $200.00 they have lost a possible lifetime customer.
