We had such an amazing buying experience at this dealership. Ben, our salesman, was the most upbeat, yet laid back, salesman Ive ever had. He had the patience of a SAINT! Im prob one of the most difficult buyers that I know and I had a VERY specific vehicle that I was looking for for quite a while with no luck. They didnt have that exact vehicle but the one that I purchased was as close as I couldve gotten. It was immaculate and looked and smelled as if it came off the showroom floor. 2012 Infiniti QX56 with 49k miles and it was FLAWLESS! From deciding in this car (even though it wasnt my exact choice) to financing to after the sale, this entire team from sales to finance to management could not have possibly been any better. Chris and Ernie in management were also rockstars with us and just made us feel so comfortable and reassured through the whole process. Knowing that I had 5 days to return, with no penalty or pressure, made me feel so much better because, you know when you want something exact and you cant find it so you settle, but then you leave the dealership and find your unicorn on the way home... ironic right?! Happens all the time! Except with CarMax, its not too late! If this happens, you can just bring the car back within 5 days and not even have to worry about the fact that you settled and now youre stuck even though you JUST found your dream car. Your completed financing doesnt get sent to your bank until the end of your 5 days. If you keep it, its yours. If you return it, your money is not tied up in that vehicle yet so you can go straight to the other dealer and get your "unicorn". This happened to me, unfortunately! I hated to have to return the car because they were so amazing but I ended up finding exactly what I wanted in TN a few days later so I purchased that car and had it shipped in. The return process was actually even more seamless than the purchase lol. Simply return it to ANY CarMax near you (amazing for me because I purchased my car 2.5 hrs from where I live) and they will let you sign off on the papers and youre on your way! I would buy again from CarMax without a second thought! The only thing I remotely dislike is the "no haggle price" because its not negotiable and I felt it was a little too high but I think, long term, for them, it works out best. Their salesmen dont pressure you because they dont have to negotiate prices to make a bigger sale and their commissions dont vary based on what you buy. They make commission per vehicle sold and not a percentage so they really just want to make it the best experience for YOU and they do just that! Thanks again, Ben, Ernie and Chris! We love you guys!

I had the most amazing experience at CarMax with the help of Ben B. Previously I had visited a car dealership and from the moment I got out of my car, I felt uncomfortable and being pressured to look at brand new cars when I requested to only see used cars. I was constantly looking for a reason to leave. The exact opposite happened when I walked into CarMax. Ben instantly welcomed my husband and myself with a smile and you could tell he genuinely cared about being able to help others. As soon as I started to mention my likes and dislikes in a car, he started taking notes and asking smart follow up question to find exactly what kind of cars I was interested in. He took us into the lot and allowed me to look at any and all the cars I wanted to. Anytime I was interested in a car he was quick to check the CarMax site to see what was available and compare mileage and prices. We test drove 4 or 5 cars, and spent a total of 4 hours at CarMax. Normally, I would never want to spent that long at a car dealership, but this was the most successful and amazing 4 hours at a car dealership. I would not have traded a minute of it. I never felt pressured and the whole process was super hassle-free. Ben was super professional, but still human. He made me feel relaxed and made me feel heard. If I expressed a concern or dislike, he would acknowledge them and stop telling me about the car we were looking at and would start fixing his focus on things similar cars or head back to the original list he created with me at the beginning of our visit. He cared about taking the time to make sure I found the perfect car for me that fit all my must haves and likes, and he helped make it all happen at a great price. When it came to meeting my car, Ben was just as excited as I was to see it. He took good care of it for me and presented it perfectly. Even before driving away he helped sync my car and my phones Bluetooth and point out where certain features were so I would feel comfortable driving it. The only thing I am sad about is that my new car is so great that I dont expect to be looking for a new one anytime soon, so wont get to go back and get the phenomenal service for a while. So do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Ben B. You wont regret it. We just hope he is still working when my husband is ready for an upgrade. I honestly cant imagine going anywhere else now for my car buying experiences. Thank you Ben and Thank you CarMax.

If I could give zero cars I would. Their 125 point check on their cars must have been completed by Stevie Wonder. They sold a damaged car without stating that it has previously been stolen, they then promised to fix said car and failed to do so. Carmax ordered the parts needed to fix the car and they arrived so they requested for the car to be brought down to the location to be fixed and told us that the parts were ready to be fitted and fixed. The employees in the service and parts department requested the car for 1 day and did not offer loaner vehicle. They did not complete the required work on the vehicle and was avoiding our calls when we checked on progress. They had the car for over two days and did not do anything! When we went in to return the vehicle and they happily gave us a fun refund under the circumstances, however they would not return the money instantly as it is not their policy. During a discussion with multiple managers after some of them acting extremely childish and unprofessional by laughing and smirking during a serious conversation. We came to notice other members of staff being entertained by this and they was also laughing to each other. Staff are unprofessional and sit on their phones while on the job. This is a pathetic excuse for a company. I will urge anyone to never go near this company.

I am a single woman on my own and I just purchased my second vehicle from CarMax because they seemed to do the right thing when something went wrong with the vehicle. The ad stated that the vehicle was fully inspected and met their standards. First of all, 5 days is not enough time to fully inspect a vehicle. However........................I took it to a mechanic to give the vehicle a once over and come to find out all 4 of my tires were dry rotted and one of them had a nail in the sidewall that absolutely can not be repaired. Is this what CarMax calls "up to standard"? Do they actually feel ok about sending a person, a woman, out on the road in Florida where it rains almost everyday, in a vehicle with rotten tires? I drive my elderly parents around 2 to 3 times a week and I am scared to death now to even let them in my vehicle because it is unsafe. I am beside myself that I have to spend $1000 on a new vehicle I just purchased just over one week ago. I have already slid all over the road because of the worn tires. Now, trying to get a service appointment, HA HA HA, WHAT A JOKE. Only time available is between 7:30 and 10:30, do they not understand that people who buy their vehicles can do so because they WORK!!! What happen to the old fashion, customer satisfaction is JOB ONE???????
