The worst place to buy a car from!!!! All lies !!!! I had my car only for 1 month and a half and my car shut down on me completely on the highway.. I called this morning got the run around.. I went in person and spoke to both managers William Velez and Matt Finamore and they treated me like they didnt know who I was. Real funny how is wasnt like that at the time of the purchased. Now my car is at a tow lot a hour from my house, and I called there head quaters in Lakeland spoke to the manager they said they was going to call me back and still no answer. They put me in a car I didnt want. Didnt let me test drive the car. They said the car goes through inspection so its fine and plus you have warranty just bring it in and we will fix it. Now I have no car and nobody wants to help me. Thanks ok Karz for leaving me and my family without a vehicle or help. Legal action will be in full affect... But I guarantee when they dont received there payment then they will call me.. Please dont buy from these crooks.. Oh and after purchase they said please give us a good review on Google it makes us look good to the owners.. Wow!!!! So thank you once again ok frauds oops I meant karz.

i bought a 2010 ford fusion thinking it was a great car and was i wrong Matt and okcaz sold me a car with an air bag recall which they should have known about and they really dont care about the fact that there are know parts available to fix this problem all they want is money called mid Florida finance and they said the same so buyer be ware there not as good as they seem my pick somewhere else bad customer service Thanks Matt and ok carz for putting me and my family in danger hope you all sleep well at night. Let me start with this Okcarz are the best. we bought 3 cars from them an Acura, Durango and a Yaris within a 5 year span. after a year of having my Yaris I receive a call from Lakeland Toyota stating I can get into a new car with their program and at first I was like okay but let me tell you all this was amazing. I went to Lakeland to browse their inventory and not getting my hopes up but I was amazed to learn that I would be walking away with a new 2016 Toyota Corolla. The program is legit. 12 consecutive payments and you pre qualify for this program. it was awesome so we now were in need of yet another car since we no longer have the Acura and went to Okcarz in Orlando and let me tell you William Velez made the process so easy. he took his time with us listened to our questions and yet again we are walking away with 2012 chevy sonic. that makes 4 cars we have purchased from Okcarz and wouldnt go anywhere else. we were treated with excellent service. so if you are need of car please go see William Velez you wont regret it. very satisfied customer!!!!! We went on 3/3/17. After multiple places giving me grief and hard times, walked in OK Carz with a good feeling, but still weary because of past experiences. I worked hard to support a family of 5 and my wife in Hospice care. We have been without a car for a few months and have been trying to get one but place after place screwed with us and turned us down unless we had small fortune in our pocket. We walked and met William. He explained how things work and thought this has to be too true to be good. We talked, showed my info, looked a cars, and found what we liked. We got everything setup, ran, paid, and left with a 2012 Dodge caravan that looks brand new. It was so nice to leave with a great vehicle and Willie was a guardian angel that day for us Im so thankful for Willie and Ok carz for everything they did to help us and how nice he was even made things so much better. I could ramble on how great this was, but I think you understand. If you need a car, go in and be honest. You will get what you need.

Went to okcarz in Orlando, spk with william the floor manager he stated he can get me in a vehicle he has 48 to choose from. I went to look at the vehicles I decided to choose one out of 20 not 48 so that was the first LIE, than he stated we can go ahead and get the vehicle but insurance company was close so to call back tomorrow by 3pm and he will give me the VIN number. I called him the next day and he responded that was no longer an option we will need to give 1500 down when he had already worked a deal with 500 down so he LIED again, to top it off he said now that he can put us in another car with 600 down. He LIED thru the whole process. I refuse to do business with okcarz it left a bad taste in my mouth. Everything he was telling me he stated to keep it between us he will tell the big boss either we are family or was referred. Dont trust what he says.

Sooo I was really skeptical at first because Ive been burned at other dealerships that say a low down payment then you get there & its a different story , definitely not here ! They tell you everything straight up ! So I drove from deltona to Orlando & was directed towards Matt , he was very nice , professional & a great sense of humor ! I told him about the car I was interested in & he told me I would have no problem getting into that car with $500 down , 30 mins later I was signing my papers ! Process was quick & easy & hassle free ! Literally no bs ! Even with my crappy credit he got me into a 2010 Nissan Altima fully loaded !!!!!!!!!!!! With my payment where I needed it ! Will definitely recommend them to anyone & it was well worth the drive !!!!! Ask for Matt too lol
