I bought a vehicle from this company. A week later the transmission died. I had a conversation with the guy who sold me the vehicle. And he told me tough luck! And then I told him one day he will be down on his luck! After spending $15,000 on this vehicle mind you! He got mad at me and told me to come down to the dealership and handle it like a man! He was inviting me to fight him LOL. His name is Jesse. The owner Steven is a pompous narcissistic small town car dealership owner. And he thinks he is better than everybody. They are only about the money. They are not about the customer service. They have you take a photo when you buy your vehicle. And they act like they will be there for you. But when something goes wrong they throw in your face and the warrantee was given up and it is not their problem

What this dealership doesnt like to do is their job. They make you rate them before the car leaves the lot which is bad. I do not recommend this lot to anyone who is buying not financing because especially that my husband paid cash money for the car the car should of been in descent shape. The same day we bought it we got stuck on the highway with our three children and paid $150 to get it towed and they didnt give us the money back. FREDDY does not like to do his job! If yoy want to make a great deal then work with Maggy and the mechanic. They are great and the only people I would deal with!

I was going to buy a truck and expect for them to be honest when i ask a question about the truck... so i ask if there was anything wrong with the truck he say not nothing wrong i check the truck my self and i found the transmision is leaking and they knew it and the end i refuse to buy it because he could it tell me about it....good thing is not my first rodeo

So all week Ive been driving Farrah crazy about buying a truck. I came in today and they made it happen. The service was great. The employees are courteous and good at what they do. Everything was taken care of in a timely professional manner and I couldnt be happier.

My car went purchased off the lot had a few issues, But an associate Maggie went out of her way to help. She and a mechanic drove to my home by millenia mall and fixed it. TWICE. First to inspect it then back again to fix it. SHE IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOUT.
