Today was the third time I bought a car from Ray Miller. He worked so hard to meet not only my daughters needs, but because of his desire to accommodate people, I ended up buying to vehicles. Both my daughter and I were so impressed that even after a year or more since our last visit he remembered our names and what vehicles we had previously purchased. In the future, I will definitely contact Ray if I buy any additional vehicles. He is a great salesman and very nice young man!! I used to buy vehicles from Mark Lemon for several years. I am so pleased that he is now the Finance Mgr. as I believe he goes over and above what is required in order to get the lowest interest rates on loans and also to give me the best deals possible. As long as Mark is affiliated with FastTrack I will continue be a repeat customer. I met Missy Seward during my most recent visit mentioned above. She very graciously reviewed all my paperwork and verified all information so the deals for both cars could be finalized in a timely fashion. She is an asset to the sales department at FastTrack. Everyone I met at the lot was friendly and made us feel welcome.

Well at first i felt good about getting into my new car. I really wasnt looking to spend this much money but the car looked nice and drove nice so i went ahead with the deal.They did help me get into the car with a low down payment. I will roughly have 20k invested after it is all said and done but so far two weeks into having the car im looking at hundreds of dollars that need to be put into the car with it having two bald tires( one tire almost in the fabric) and breaks and rotors need put on the front because the rotors are warped. If that isnt enough i have went three times to sign paperwork( 22 miles one way each time). Everytime they have called me nobody has any answers(like what all they still need me to bring in or what else still needs to be signed) i get my boss had me call run around and they dont know just come in. They seem to be very disorganized. I dont think that i would do it all over again if given the chance. Im not feeling good about this at all.

I came in the weekend of black friday for a car. I was assured that with my income it was no problem getting me into a car. Well there was a problem. The sales man took me to the used lot and it all went downhill from there. I was guaranteed a call the following monday which i never got. After many failat attempts spoke with a manager who called the lot and got me a call back. Was then told again id get a call the next day. It has been over a week and still no call. Made another call to the same manager and was assured a call right back and it never happened and he also couldnt get my name right. This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced from a car dealership or any business and from managers of both lots at that. They say your staff is only as good as the people who lead them. Good luck with that! I would never recommend this dealer or haaz main lot to any one.

The car itself is great but they take advantage of you and then once you realize it and go back to confront them they get all defensive and treat you like you are dumb. When the car was delivered to us it wasnt even properly clean and detailed. I took it to my job and properly cleaned it they way it should have been. I work in a dealership and I see people at my job get treated better then how they treated me and my mom. The cars are good quality the people not so much. The thing is that we are in the market for another car and they are not going to be getting our business again. The fact that we drove over 45 minutes and my mom was treated the way she was is a shame. If you go to them just be careful and be more aware of what is going on.

Chris Thorn I was shopping for a new or used truck and just wanted to mention that Chris Thorn was exceptional to work with. I told him that I was looking for a truck, but didnt have a specific make or model in mind. He was kind enough to show me around the lot and talked to me about the many features and benefits of each truck you guys had in stock. Although I didnt find what I was looking for that day, Chris and I exchanged contact information and remain in touch as you guys get new inventory. Its just nice to know that there are knowledgeable sales people out there that care about making their customers happy and not pushing you to buy something you dont want! Thank you Chris, and Im sure we will be talking soon!

My wife and I came in to look for a second car. When I wanted to think it over and get back with them our salesman got an attitude and stated we wasted his time. I felt pressured and we left. Now still down one car one of us may not be employed. It was a Saturday and it wouldnt have hurt to give me the added two days till Monday. We get a letter in the mail from them appologing they couldnt finance us but the day we went in all I needed to do was sign and give the down payment. Its ashame because I was satisfied to that point.

I bought a 09 Nissan Altima from there and the guy was very nice he helped us drive away in a car. It deff was not the car we wanted but I love my car.. I am definitely paying way to much for the car and when we got it there was a hole in the finder and the tires were bold.. well if I am paying $23,000 for a 2009 with interest and all,I would expect to have to put no money into it as soon as I buy the car.. we have to replace the front bumper and had to spend $400 on brand new tires.. not sure if I would ever go back there..

Terrible terrible....Went there found a truck we were interested, car salesman told us to come in and fill out a credit app etc. Told us there should be no problem getting the truck so he sat us in the waiting room for 3 1/2 HOURS with no updates no checking in nothing..... Finally comes up and tries to push us into a completely didnt car then what we wanted. Didnt listen to a single thing we requested, Wasted a whole day there will never return nor would I ever recommend anyone to them.

Mike was very very excellent he was a good salesman very helpful very kind it is very patient. Mike sent for us to be picked up are I was approved I think that was the best thing ever something that I have never seen before. Cory was very pleasant when he came to pick us up to bring us back to receive our new car he was kind in a very nice young man I give them a 10 10 there to be more dealership like them. And as Mike say "OH NO YOU DIDNT" Lol
