Mark was very helpful at first. Very motivated to get you in a car. This is advetized as a Buy here Pay here dealership and he will tell you that if you cannot afford the car to just bring it back since they dont do a credit check. Well let me tell you that if for any reason you cant pay for the car it will show as a repo on your credit. be careful. If your going to go though all that with a buy here pay here dealership might as well just get a new car. They lied and were sneaky. Car boke down 4 times in 2 months. And every time i would call Mark to set up a shop appointment he gave me the runaround. Be careful and smart look around before you buy at this spot. My lawyer will be calling them soon to talk about the misleading information reguarding thier credit reporting. Go elseware stay away from this lemon lot!!!!

The Terra Firma Auto Group Is One Of The Best Car Lots I Have Ever Been On. He Has A Different Approach That You Feel Valued Right When You Get Out Of Your Car. The Manager Mark Was Really Wonderful In Communication With Me Via Email Since I Have A Prepaid Phone. I Came In The Next Day And Drove Off In The Car I Was Inquiring About. He Was Really Fair On The Prices And Working With Me On The Taxes/Tag Fees So I Can Get Them Paid. The Process Was Really Quick He Gathered My Info Got The Paper Work Printed I Signed And Was On The Road He Even Had The Guy Do A Last Minuet Detail Wash Before I Took It Home. So If Anyone Is Looking For A Used Car I Strongly Recommend This Auto Group. Easy To Deal With And Get You Back On The Road

Not only is Mark the biggest a-hole Ive ever spoken to but the 10,000 dollar car which is a 2004 nissan, was not a good buy. At first it seemed fine great condition I thought, two weeks later my car is rattling something fierce. Turns out its a bad part in it, not only did i have to come out my pocket 100 extra on top of the 350 it cost a month but they did not fix the problem! engine light is still on to this day and i had to pay for the air condition that stopped working and my windows do not go down anymore. Called Mark telling him whats going on and the RUDENESS of him is ridiculous.Obviously he thinks hes the only buy here pay here on the block selling cars around tax time.

I have sent an email to them because I wanted to have a price for my car. He (Mark, owner) responded a week later that I can come ANYTIME. I drove half an hour on a saturday to this place. The homepage says open till 4pm. When I arrived the gate was closed and on the gate was a sign saying open till 3pm. I was there at 2PM!!! Very, very unprofessional!!

Great car dealer ship. It was around income tax time and Mark, the dealer, gave me the best deal out of seven dealerships. I actually drove off the lot that day and he worked with me on the payments. Awesome place, when im done paying for this car, im hoping to purchase a truck. This car which I drive about 400 miles a week, is still running strong.
