I drove 360 miles to buy a vehicle as they had one in nice shape on the internet (thats what the pictures said). We emailed back and fourth several times on the super nice condition and everything working properly on the vehicle before making the long drive. They (son and dad) stated that I would be surprised on how clean the vehicle was. When I arrived, I almost left without driving the vehicle. There were major scratches, chipped/cracked windshield, very dirty inside with dog hair everywhere, molding coming off. I decided to drive the vehicle anyway after driving that far. When driving the vehicle the air conditioning didnt work. I reworked the numbers with him for about $1500 less than we agreed on before making the trip. They insisted that everything was working properly and brakes were new. Oh, yeah, the front light lens was cracked too. When I got the vehicle home after driving with the window down for 360 miles on the highway I noticed a few other things, the lower wind deflector was broken off, one rear tail light was out, the engine compartment was super dirty, the rear hatch has leaves and helicopters in it, and the passenger rear side molding above the tail light was broken and almost come off on the highway. Since then I have replaced all of the broken items, the major items were. Rear A/C lines were replaced as they had holes in them (obviously didnt work the day before as I was told) = $1100, brakes were installed wrong and they all got super hot (smoked badly-towed), had to replace rear pad-front rotors-front pads-both front calipers = $1100 (they were lucky they didnt get me in an accident with those brakes), replaced front wind deflector = $125, replaced front light lenses that were cracked = $245, replaced the floor mats as they were not any = $225, front windshield wipers were shot = $50. I know some of these things are small and buying a used vehicle, but I would expect a dealer to go through the vehicle a bit closer and detail the vehicle in and out for the $200 it would cost him. They will give you the story of over 40 years in the auto industry and they would want to treat you like they treat their kids and grandkids. Well, they screwed me pretty badly. I would definitely not recommend buying a vehicle from these guys. Buy from anyone else!

Hello I had an unusually good experience with this father and son ran used car dealer. Im from Florida and couldnt find an good condition manual transmission Yaris that was in my price range, the one I found happened to be at this dealership in Ohio of all places. when I was first ready fly out to buy it I realized it didnt have power windows, I called the dealership to let them know I wasnt sure anymore the father said he totally understands and hopes I find what im looking for. no pressure and thats something 99.5 percent of all used lots dont comprehend the importance of. few days later I decided I can live with the windows because the price was right for me. I flew out and the 2007 Silver Toyota Yaris was exactly as described, my fear of driving a strange car a thousand miles werent necessary it drove pretty much like a new car which is also to the credit of the past owner who kept it well maintained. The only thing I needed to replace was an $11.00 aluminum flange in the exhaust system was worn out from age which is normal for cars that age. All I know is from what I see on their lot they buy good condition cars which eliminates alot of problems. theyre also non pressure and were not rushing me to buy their car or showing me stuff that was more expensive. thats all I ask because businesses are here to make money but this place shows you dont have to be a shark to sell cars. If youre in the Cleveland area and need a used car theyre worth a visit.

We had a wonderful experience with Rick and Barry. My wife and I called and gave our price range, and they found a fantastic car--exactly what we wanted: a low mileage Subaru Forester. The level of service was exceptional as well. Barry brought the car to us for a test drive, met us at our mechanic for his review and helped arranged financing as well. This was the first time I actually enjoyed shopping for a used car. Well definitely be repeat customers, and we have already recommended Auto Stop to friends.
