Beware of the ppl walking around asking you purchase items youve never tried. They do not hold up to 60 return policy. Jen was so nice when your making purchases they tell try all these new items but if your pet doesnt like them Jen will look Rob as if its a problem. The eyes and the eye rolling. Xheck the camera i havet no reason to to liet 9/26 7:25p.m.I had to contact my bank for the Refund the receipt is clear . I suggest the staff not walk around asking customers to purchase items we dont need this is called "impulse shopping" and then you treat us like crap when we come backto return it. It pulled my dogs hair. I really had a great relationship with this store. Ever since the other Rob left things have changed the staff is very nasty mean. The woman manager Im not sure of her name but she was very critical of Rob stating that he wasnt organized. I just really know him he was an excellent trainer for our dogs and anything that was personal I think that should have stayed within the company. She talked about like he was the worse . If you asked a staff member they dogged him unprofessional!!!I will not be returning to the store they know who I am and they know that I am a great Shopper I spend over $100 each visit just because I like to spoil my puppy its my first time puppy owner and I love 2 shoplike most women but one thing I dont like is to be mistreated and my last visit was my very last visit it was very disrespectful Rob(the current guy. because he was nice All of this because of a brush $11 brush.I just want tobeware the have pals but they act like it a big job to look up anyhing and you treat me like this really have a great day

Although we somewhat have no choice but to shop here because we buy our dogs (3 big ones) good quality dog food, I am not happy about two things... Within the past year our larges dog, 115lbs needed knee surgery. We had gotten rid of his crate long ago but he needed to be confined for about 8 weeks. We went to Petco and their largest crate was about $120. I almost bought it but then something told me to check Tractor Supply in Washington and they had the same exact crate for $99. I thought that was a huge difference being that Petco is actually a huge chain and should be passing off some sort of discount to their loyal customers...NOT! I think they are taking advantage of pet owners who really love and care for their pets. I believe that its unethical and I even wrote them a letter but of course never heard back because they are guilty of doing that obviously. Nonetheless we still stop there for dog food when we forget to buy it on-line. And speaking of on-line shopping through them...they refuse to do exchanges on a dog food bag that has been purchased on-line and has a Petco sticker on it unless you have a receipt. Just another inconvenience for a someone who could be a consistent customer. Not impressed with this company...

Not the greatest in customer service. I have had my dog there several times over the past 2 years for bath and nails done. I made an appointment for today at 2pm for the same thing and drove a half hour to get there. Rebecca asked me when i got there , "How old is he" -I tell her 13 . She then tells me they have a new policy that they dont service dogs over 13. What???? Couldnt tell me that on the phone when i made the appointment and asked my phone # to look my dog up in the computer. You know the computer that has his birthday in it. How stupid is that? What a waste of my time.

My dog just finished the adult 1 training class with Vicki Patterson. She is an excellent trainer and I highly recommend her for any type of training for any breed of dog. She helped my 5 year old dog break his bad habits. She is very sweet and extremely educated on dogs in general as well as behavioral issues and how to fix them. I am excited to start the same class with her for my other dog.

Say what you will about Petcos prices, I just picked up a Guinea pig cage larger than the one I bought at Petsmart for half the price. They have some really good bargains. AND, if you can no longer care for your fish or small animal, they will gladly take it, and keep it until it is ADOPTED out. I just adopted a Robo hamster named jack from them. Petsmart doesnt do that sort of thing.

All of the staff are friendly and helpful. They have everything I could possibly need for my dog and more! He especially likes the "fresh cookies" and treats by the checkout. We did a Puppy I training class with Frank McCusker and he was phenomenal! He made learning so easy and fun and everything he taught us worked so well! My dog loves every time we go back to Petco for visits!

I had an appointment at 3. I had a problem with my car, and i ended up getting there 15 minutes late. When I got there, they told us to wait and the other lady said that we were late and by now our dog would be washed. They were really rude, and from what we saw they were only grooming one dog. I feel like they are lazy, considering we were only 15 minutes late.

Do NOT shop here for fish. I bought 6 German Blue Rams from here, now I only have one. Turns out they had Callamanus worms. Now I am treating my whole tank for the parasites. Also bought Balloon mollies from here that brought a huge fungal infection to my other tank. Dont buy fish here unless you want to introduce a new disease to your tank.

Sometimes they have good bargains for reward members. On the downside, Ive gone there a few times to buy live wax worms and superworms for my bearded dragon and they have been completely out. Its happened too often, so now I have to call and ask before I go.

Im sorry I dont know her name, but the woman in the fish section is wonderful. Most knowledgeable person Ive personally dealt with in a pet store, in any section. Ive seen her several times, & talked with her on a few occasions. Shes a keeper!

Petco is my one stop shopping. Cat litter was $2 cheaper then Shop Rite. Store is clean and always stocked. Theres also someone there to answer your questions.
