I am a veterinarian and i tried to use this store for my pets because there are very few options in the area. I have had nothing but trouble here. The stock is very inconsistent. I can no longer switch my pets food based on what they decide to carry. The bag programs dont work because they dont reliably carry the same products. I am sorry to say this store is a disappointment.

The staff is exceptional in friendliness & level of service. Store is well kept, well stocked and the self wash stations are kept spotless. We come here once a month for baths and its a great set-up, makes bathing so much easier!

I am retired so I am able to go to the store during off peak hours -- the staff is very helpful and attentive -- perhaps that is the key -- I like this store very much.
