Ive never had anything other than a great experience at this Pet Valu since the day they opened. The manager always greets me by name and the staff are friendly and helpful. On the one or two occasions that they didnt carry something that I was looking for theyve offered to order it for me. You dont get that kind of service at the big-box pet supply stores. Pet Valu has been a much-needed and welcome addition to Roxborough.

Experiences Ive had here are inferior to the Bala Cynwyd location across the river. Plus, they never seem to have the food our cat eats in stock, whereas Bala almost always does. Disappointing, as this location is much closer, and an easier drive.
