I have bought buy here pay here cars from Kelli 3 times in the past 6 years and still own them. One of them, a 2004 Silverado had high miles 155K. The other two had less than 100K (70K and 75K. They are in good shape mechanically for high mileage cars. All the cars I bought eventually needed some type of high mileage service. For example, I put a new air conditioner evap core on the silverado 3 yrs later. I put tie rods and ball joints on the 2500 van and Silverado 2 years later. Nothing needed yet for the Jeep Liberty. My point is, look in a service manual and you will see normal things needed on high mileage vehicles. I feel they ask too much down. They are attempting to insure they get there "flip" balance before the car is defaulted on. A high mileage car, maintenance, and payments puts odds very high on default. In the end, you have a choice of overpaying 2-3times for a new car or slightly overpaying for a car that might need more maintaining. The in-person staff has been polite since day one. The phone staff was rough the first year and has greatly improved. I suggest researching recalls, reliability, and resale value before making a final decision on used cars. They are actually a better buy here pay here experience overall. I recommend them especially if you dont want to tie up your credit report with debt (preparing to buy a house).

I almost just want to cry, yeah I know the vehicle was as is. Im a single mother with two kids and one job that I have a good attendance record with until now and Im about to miss work again because the car scared the heck out of me again driving back tonight. The car ran fine the day I got it. Two days later it wouldnt start. They fixed. It started. Went to work. Two days later it stopped at red lights. Off of work two more days. Too scared to drive it out west I take it to get that fixed. More money out my pocket and this is all in a span of two weeks but made my car payment because I am going to do the right thing. Days later on my way to work my car is jerking really bad. They tell me they will fix and it will be cheaper but no warranty, I cant do that so I dish out more money to get more things fixed....Now its something else and as of right now I cant stop crying because Im stuck with a car thats too scary to drive, no more money and yes, Im missing my 5th day of work because of that car. I guess the next thing for them is going to be to take it because this is my 5th unscheduled absence. Thats it for me... Yeah the girl that took my payment was nice. Nobody was disrespectful but my job is in jeopardy and I broke trying to fix that car. I wish I would had never went there.

We went today to get a car, and they worked with my budget, and were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They offered free soda, and a snack for my young child. The Sales Guy who worked with us was Josh, and he had great costumer service, IT was freezing and snowing outside and he remained friendly as he walked us around to look at different cars, and unlocked them for us to test drive. At times the wait was a little long, but I figure its because it was so cold out and they were having a hard time getting the cars unlocked and also warmed them up before we test drove. They even give you gas money to put in the car to get home. Ive only had the car a few hours, but it seems great so far, and after a horrible experience with a different car lot, Im gonna cross my fingers that nothing breaks any time soon. The prices arent bad like Ive read in some reviews. I bought a 2001 4 runner in 2013 and it was almost the same price as the 2005 Honda I got today. As long as nothing crazy goes wrong with the car, like with my last one, I will go back in the future for other cars. Great Staff, Nice clean Establishment, and very friendly and welcoming staff.

If you want to be robbed on the Blue Book price for a vehicle, come to Kellie Auto Sales; the Blue Book is based of off cars that are brand new with zero miles but are of older age. The car I "rented" had over 150,000 miles and was Blue Book priced at over 9,000$. But keep in mind, only if the car was brand new was it worth this price. I put 1,800& down and made about 3mths worth of payments. The car was a 2007 GM make. So if you wanted to be greeted by a doped out receptionist; her eyes were glassier that Mr. Clean shining a glass table and she shock more then a little leaf who was stuck on the branch blowing in the wind. I f you want to be greeted by the owner who says "this is a by here pay here" but I have to call the bank to see if you qualify for lesser bi-weekly payment, shop here at Kellie Auto Sales were the stereo makes you cell phone static. You Wondering why I still put that down payment....!

I would give it no stars however I cant, this place is a rip off. They sold me a car that 2 days into it snapped the control arms, yes they fixed that only for me to get the car back and the clutch was gone. They did nothing for me they lied to me after they said they would work with me. They stole my money and then sold the car in auction because they decided to repo the car which they already had possession of because the car did not run. They are rude and unprofessional once you discover the crap cars they sell. The owner disguises himself as just a sales manager, then the person that does finance is a complete crook and will tell you one thing and then when you call him to work something out tells you that he never told you that. They are liars and thieves in this dealership.

Very rude and sketchy place. I bought a car on my way home it started knocking and jeering and the steering wheel locked up. I purchase the vehicle at 8pm came back first thing in the morning the manager told me all he could do was set me up as appointment with their mechanic. On my way home the car started knocking and died in the middle of the street. I called them they told me I was responsible for towing it there. I did at my expense. Now I call Im left on hold and ignored. This place should be ran out of town. I beg anyone whos thinking of getting a car from there to change your mind and fast. This dealership has no ethics are companion for their customers they just want your money. If you come here youll regret it! They are modern day con artist.

went in there the other day to talk cars with them and well they were rude as hell. the down payments are way to high I mean come on 3500 down for a car are u flipping serious. wth I will never ever go there again its a waste to look at there cars cause what u pay for example 06 acura tl with 150k in miles and they want 3500 down and payments 475 a month and it would of cost me almost 18.000 dollars to buy, hell I can get a 2014 Honda civic for 17,000. I would not recommend going here I feel really bad for the people that I see on the street with there kellies automotive sticker its a scam and I heard there being investigated for selling there junk cars to high and not using parts on the cars that need to be used
