I called so many car companies trying to find a nice working car to get me around and I kept getting declined because I needed a bigger down payment or I didnt have enough credit and needed a co-signer. Jessica, Ryan and John helped me so much to find the cheapest prices for a down payment and insurance. Ryan is an awesome mechanic and wouldnt let me leave with the car until he knew it was safe and running properly. Jessica was very patient and helped me with all of my paperwork and getting the car the same day. John the owner was very caring and told me he wouldnt let me leave in the car if it wasnt working right or safe just like he wouldnt let his own daughter own a car that wasnt safe and reliable. I got my car the same exact day that I went in and it was a overall great experience! Very nice employees who actually care about their customers compared to other car companies who just care about the paycheck. I highly recommend getting a car from Max Auto sales and financing!

1. They have a sign that says "5 star review on Google and get $5 off next purchase." 2. Manager looked like a high school bum that just woke up and was late for school. 3. Took my car for a $1,200 trade in and never put it towards my purchase, so it was just taken off my hands. 4. Had to replace transmission a month after purchase of vehicle because they put an additive in the transmission fluid to make it run long enough to sell it. 5. Had to get air intake manifold replaced because they installed the engine incorrectly punches intake hose. 5. Tried to have them reroute the hose and immediately made the drive worse. 6. Took my truck to test drive it for a recurring problem and stopped to call someone about a vehicle for sale boy the road and stopped at his person house to pick up a mailed package. If I could give them 0 star rating I most definitely would. Highly unprofessional dealership and would never recommend to anybody.

The vehicle Crystal is referring to was bought with full knowledge of an abnormal noise coming from engine compartment. After her and her friend test drove it they felt comfortable with the vehicle and purchased it. She had the noise diagnosis-ed at a mechanic shop and advised her to have the trans rebuilt or replaced. As anyone in that situation, Crystal let us know she was not wanting to pay for the repairs. the vehicle was sold as-is with no warranty, out of kindness and courtesy we offered her a few options. Crystal was given the opportunity to trade the vehicle back to us we offered her a choice of one of 3 vehicles in the price range of the original purchase. She declined, and said she wanted cash to help with repair cost. So we negotiated a courtesy cash settlement We were more then fair with her and sincerely apologize for the unfortunate experience she had at Max Auto.

Their salesman John who just started there a month ago was so accommodating and nice. I went in for a certain vehicle and he told me it wasnt the car for me and put me in a car that has been dependable and exactly what I was looking for. He was a Godsend to me.
