Randy Vickery was one of the nicest, funniest, most courteous salesmen Ive ever met and made the whole car buying experience fun, relaxing, and as easy as possible. He explained each step thoroughly, talked with his manager to make sure what we all understood the process and timeline, smoothed over the loan process, and watched my son in the kids room since he wouldnt sit still while I signed papers. He helped me to get my Jeep checked out when I heard a noise, helped me to get seen quickly, smoothed my arrival over with the service shop, and helped me load my car seats in and take them out. If you want good customer service, Randy is your guy. Sounds cheesy, but doesnt make it any less true! Deducted one star because I dont think the inspection was as thorough as it should have been on my Jeep prior to me buying it; I had customized lug nuts, but wasnt given the key and nobody knew about the lug nuts until I asked to have the brakes checked out. And the wheels were worn out and needed to be replaced, which I had to do shortly after buying the vehicle.

This is one of the best Dealerships that weve had the pleasure of dealing with when purchasing a used Vehicle! Randy Vickery was our Sales Rep, & all we can say about Randy, is that he knows how to treat his customers, with no pressure like most Sales reps like to put on you! He let us browse & was available to us if we had any questions! He was very patient with me, for I was relentless when it came to asking tons of questions...& rightful we should be when buying a New or Used vehicle! We did, however encounter an issue with the Pads & Roters a week after the purchase, which Randy & David Danson @ Golling Chrysler, Dodge, & Jeep took care of immediately, & gave us a loaner to boot with Absolutely "NO" out of pocket cost to us at all!! Thanks Again Randy Vickery for being an Honest, & Nice Saleman & dealing with all my phone calls!! You can rest a sure when its time to retire my Soccer Mom Van, I will be coming back to Golling Chrysler to purchase my Vehicle!!

My husband bought a 2008 Town & Country after my husband drove it off the lot the tire pressure gage wasnt working like it was when he test drove it. Thats just the start of all the issues we have had with it the next issue was the ac/heat wasnt working well come to find out its got a leak. We have had to put in at least a bottle and a half of coolant in it at least every other week. Next issue with this van it likes to stall out while your driving down the road and most recently on the highway, an the transmission is starting screw up. Every time my husband or myself has taken it in to be looked at miraculously they cant to find the warranty that my husband was pushed into at purchase. The sales rep lied to my husband about this van being in perfect condition and its been nothing but problems one right after another and they wont do anything about it. Very disappointed and very unsatisfied will never buy another veichel from them again.

Our experience was exceptional. I was not looking forward to working with a used car salesman, but David Deza changed my perception of the whole car buying experience. Never did he put his interests above ours even when we walked away for a day while considering the vehicle color. He was honest, helpful, informative and most importantly not pushy! We love our gently used fully loaded mini van! It was certified, which eased our mind & we could not have gotten a better price. Because David was so transparent about everything, we were able to start our search over the phone and to take our time to search the web & competing options. David accommodated our requests to view the van on a couple of occasions so we never felt rushed to make a quick decision. Thank you Golling and a very special thank you to David.

The first time walking around at this dealership I was immediately greeted by Randy and not ignored like other dealerships Ive been too. Even though at the time I wasnt really looking to buy a car randy answered all my questions and didnt rush or push for me to purchase anything. A week or two later I stopped by again and had a question for randy and again he was very polite and took his time answering all my questions. Later that day I decide to go ahead and see if I could get the car I was interested in and Randy made the process very fast and simple. I was approved for my car and was able to drive off the same day with a very big smile on my face. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a car and Im very happy i stopped at this location.

I shopped alot (for the Jeep I wanted) before I came to Golling Chrysler Jeep. I didnt go there first because of the distance from my home. I visited many dealerships in my search. When I arrived at Golling to see a Jeep (that they had listed online), I was Very Pleasently surprised by the nice location and size of the dealership, the amount of stock in their vast lots, how clean and well organized the dealership was inside and out. The staff, especially Dave, Jason and Kyle were informative and accomodating. I arrived there unexpectedly 2 times and another salesman assisted me when mine wasnt available. Everything went very smoothly throughout the purchase. There are so many benefits to purchasing a car from Golling, I dont know why youd go elsewhere.

Im still struggling to cancel the warranty on my jeep that I bought back in November. I decided the warranty wasnt worth it and tried to cancel in February and it still has not been canceled. I had to resign documentation because the proof of my cancellation was "lost". I emailed someone to try to figure this out and never got a response. The car itself has small issues that I wish I wouldve further looked over. I definitely would not buy from them again or at least would be more thorough and not buy a warranty. The passenger door has to be manually locked, the windshield wiper solvent does not come out because the lines were broken when I got it, the sun roof leaks when it rains, the minor issues go on. Extremely dissatisfied.

I would highly recommend this place to do business David Deza was so knowledgeable kind courteous. David explained a lot of the working things in the truck that I had no idea how to work he is very very outstanding they worked fast like I have never seen anybody work that fast and polite polite polite all the way everybody that worked with me like kyle and the financial advisor in there.they was so nice they give me one good deal on the truck I am very happy with the truck the salesman he was outstanding the sales representative very very nice I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and whoever golling Chrysler Jeep is awesome.

Definitely one of the best dealerships out there. Their service was fast and efficient. Very professional. They showed us the car we saw on their add. We liked it. Less than an hour later (including the test drive) I drove the car home. The salesman Rubin Bell was very patient and explained the whole procedure to us. He even phoned us a few days later to find out if we were still happy with the pre owned we bought and to check that there were no problems. The car came with a factory and a dealership warranty and a life time free oil change deal. Very happy with these guys. Will definitely recommend Mr. Bell.
