The companys colors are red and yellow for a reason. Youll be seeing red when you realize they sold you a lemon. Rightway is a company that is great at teaching people "if its too good to be true, it probably is". I learned this lesson. they sold me what I thought was a great car. It was ok for a few months and then had engine/transmission problems. Luckily, it was under warranty and that covered that particular repair. Once the warranty expired though (6 months), it all went downhill from there. Not only did the same engine/transmission problem return, now something is wrong with the cars computer. Rightway wont do anything since its outside the warranty and their shady financing company (gateway solutions) wont do anything either. They are more than happy to sell you a lemon and take your money but they start crying "well garnish your wages" when you threaten to stop paying for a non usable car they sold you. Little do they know, I know the legal process for obtaining a court order to garnish wages and cant wait to stand in front of a judge and sing my heart out about how these 2 fraudulent companies collaborate to rip off people. Im pretty sure its only a matter of time before this company faces a class action lawsuit. Do yourself a favor and dont fall for these sub prime auto dealers. Its all a ploy to sell you a lemon that will cost you thousands of dollars more than what the car is worth. They are making dirty money, dont fall for their trick. If you have bad credit, do your best to fix it and avoid places like this.

DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS!! In October 11 we purchased an 01 PT Cruiser with 138,000 miles from Rightway in Waterford..in NOVEMBER the engine had to be replaced. Took it to LOOKIN NU..where Rightway told us to take it for the warranty work. It cost us $100 out of pocket..which wasnt bad. But in MARCH when the car started making HILACIOUS engine noise..we took it to a REPUTABLE garage and was told that there was Anti-Freeze in the oil..so we took it BACK to LOOKIN NU they said that they didnt see what the other garage was talking about and there was a need for new plugs and wires!! Correct me if Im wrong but isnt that PART of the "NEW" engine we just got in November???? When we had the plugs replaced..the person who changed them told us that the 2 middle plugs were ORIGINAL!! Called the finance company and they have been ZERO help to us at ALL! So now, we are stuck making $400/month payments on a car that we havent driven in 3 weeks! And now they want 30% of the (2nd) NEW engine in CASH..THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! Thinking VERY hard about calling channels 2..4 & 7 about how crooked this place is...MAYBE a Call for Action and some NEGATIVE publicity would do these guys some good!!!

I did enjoy the expireince I had from Rightway, I will admit. The ladies that work there are very friendly, and I was able to browes their selections easily and test drive whatever I wanted. I wasnt sure between two vehicles and my sales person had no issue telling me the pros and cons to both. She also talked to me about how to build my credit. However, the vehicle I did choose ended up having some issues, at least no huges issues as of yet. The key to the car was not a manufactorers set. So everytime I unlock it, the alarm goes off. I took it to a Dodge dealership and they said that someone changed out the ignition! Probably because they lost the key and didnt want to spend the $200 for a new one!! Im not saying it was Rightway, but Im sure they knew about it and didnt tell me. Also, the payments are indeed high because it is a credit reastablishing place. Before you choose to buy a car from them, be cautious! That is the best advice I can give you. Make sure you or someone you are with knows about cars and checks it thoroughly. Finally, make sure you can handle the payments. I know that it is a quick fix to an unfortunate situation, but please be careful!

I was in there about 10 days ago, and right from the get go, we hated the whole experience. The sales guy took all of our info, then brought a car around and said here is what we can get you in to. We never got to see other cars on the lot and no other options. After taking the car for a test drive, we came back and he said the monthly price which was $100-$150 more than we told him we wanted to spend. He told us he was going to talk to his manager and would call us back the next day. The next day came and went, here we are 10 days later and still no phone calls, no exact monthly payment, heck we dont even know the total price of the car. We went to Suburban Ford in Sterling Heights and had a much better experience and happily bought a car for them. Today, we get a form letter in the mail, I call to speak to the person on the letter about my experience and find out that person hasnt worked with the company in a while. I called corporate office and kept getting transferred back to the local office. There is something shady/suspicious, my advice is runaway!

Dont believe the other 5 star posts. Jaque has her clients right a review before they even get in their car. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! Bought an equinox a week ago. Broke down before I could even put it in my drive way. Had the mechanic from the warrenty plan (lookin nu) pick it up the next day, my husband called to see what was wrong with it and the mechanic told him its the trans and they are going to put a new one in it. They had it for a WEEK(so that means I had only driven my car home at this point). My husband and I go to pick it up and the mechanics are a bunch of foul mouthed fools!!! I get in my equinox and drive a couple miles, all the way back to the right way lot because the trans was still messed up and hesitating (yeah, the same one the mechanics had just put in, "brand new"). So needless to say we got our money back and I will NEVER EVER EVER recommend this place to ANY ONE ever!!! DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE SELL YOU A LEMON!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was referred to this place . The Sales Representative was friendly. The issue is that theres no prices listed on any of their vehicles. And when you asked how much a car costs , they ignore that question. Pretty odd for sure & a Red Flag for any place. I test drove one Van. When I discovered during the test drive that it had no air, the radio didnt work & neither did the CD player, & the side view mirrors didnt work ! The van handled well . But thats all. When I told them about all this stuff they didnt even bother to say what youd expect. Which would be that they could fix those things. Needless to say , I left & have no intention of returning. I was told they have 17 other locations & Ive heard their ads on the radio. Not sure how they are staying in business by operating this way. How do you buy anything without knowing the price? This is my reason for giving the place only one star. I dont think it deserves that.
