Bought a Cruze from them not even a month ago the very next day oil pan gasket needed to be replaced. The owner b:$;%*ed about getting it fixed.They tried to say I did the damage on the vehicle I purchased it at 6pm and went to get a fresh oil change at 10am the next day at Matik where the mechanics let me know it had been patched up.So you darn right I took it back their so the can fix the Issue the created and sold to me.These guys arent trustworthy at all !!!!!!!Especially the sales man Gus and the owner Ive actually gotten me an attorney and contacted the BBB this will not get swept under the rug.I want to make sure no one shops with them I have already gotten 3 ppl to turn they business else where just by standing in Lamarina and letting them know how shady and what went on hours after purchasing my vehicle.Now 2 weeks have passed by and I need a cooling sensor which 3 mechanics even the one they referred me to has stated this problem has been there for some time.and now they want me to pay for it because my warranty doesnt cover the fix.Its not expensive its the PRINCIPLE !!!!!Go else where Not here !!!and Ill be turning more ppl around even if I have to park on their corner and direct customer to better business. WORST PLACE AND PPL TO DEAL WITH .And if this happens to be removed Ill post it a thousand time and on flyers if I have to in the Dearborn heights area !!!!!!

As a first time buyer, I was a bit apprehensive about buying a used car. However Gus did everything he could to help me buy my 2004 Saturn Vue. He had a mechanic replace parts in my vehicle and was diligent in getting my tags to me as quickly as possible. Ive recommended to many of friends who have also been satisfied with their service.

Terrible. Bought a Cadillac from these guys. Head gasket gone out the next week. I took it back and they act like they didnt know me. A mechanic told me they tried to cover it up. After a near fist fight and bringing fam up there, they eventually gave me 1,300 of my 3,700. BEWARE!!!
