Monarch Car Corp is very unprofessional. I went in to inquire about financing a vehicle and as soon as I went in the doors, I should have turned right around out of it. The salesman was rude and eating peanuts and snacks at the desk the entire time. He was fumbling through other customers private information scattered on his desk in front of me. There was no customer service provided, my credit was ran before I could ask all of the questions I needed answered. I was told that they were doing me a favor by coming here with insufficient credit, and that I needed to take whatever was available to me. Although a deal was made it was for a 2006 Pacifica, that didnt start when I went out to check it out and it also had 120k miles on the car. I left and came back the following day because the guy said that hed find me a better deal and I never received a call back. A few days had passed and I decided to go back and follow up myself. As I approached his desk my paperwork with my ssn and another customers were out on the desk and the salesman was no where around. Now if Im not mistaken that information should be put up and away from customers view unless youre dealing with that customer. I decided to not do business with them and I went to another dealership and left with a 2014 Chevy w/52K miles and an excellent warranty. Bottom line dont believe it if they tell you you cant get much due to your credit or a low down payment.

We all need cars and unfortunately we all dont have good credit, but to take advantage of people is another thing .This so called place doesnt even check the cars my truck had a bad battery,starter,barely any oil,hoses,brakes front and back which u cant tell from a test drive only thing it had was new tires..Really think about going here unless u have thousands of dollars to put into it Noe I am left with putting a transmission into the car whivk mine has a 4.0 engine and is going to cost me a fortune.. Just be smart thats all Im staying or tale a mechanic with u which that isnt going to do any good the owner Sam buys card from auctions and just sells them...Be smart there are other dealers in the are that actually test the cars first

They will make empty promises and wont fulfill them. Very poor communication amongst the staff and it seems no one is on the same page. My wife and kids spent hours waiting around over the course of 2 days in this dealership only to have to plead for gas money for the inconvenience. Then the leasing company GPS for the car didnt work properly, which resulted us to come back and WAIT and the 3rd visit finally go it right and was promised compensation that weve yet to receive.

Sold me a car, 2 weeks end, the motor went bad. I took it to Dealer for repairs, and learned that somebody messed with the motor, and added some kind of liquid to flush the bad oil out of motor. Then added a heavy motor oil to cover the grinding noise. I was told that the car should never of been sold... to anybody. I was told this by the warranty company, and by the dealer. Repairs cost more than the car.

Ghetto and unprofessional. Was there the other day a customer was complaining about how a car was sold to them and the motor went bad the same day.They could have at least pulled the irate customer to the back or away from other customers to better assist her.
