I am beyond horrified at how this place has good reviews. All I can tell people who are reading these reviews, youre reading them for a reason... Go to their Facebook page. Read THOSE reviews, too. This place is a joke. A JOKE. I bought a used 2013 Toyota Corolla from them and had my mother co-sign for me. We went to dinner, and the (what we thought were the) brakes made a grinding noise. So, we went home, and my mom was looking over the paperwork just to find that they never checked off the brakes on the inspection. They completely made up an email address for my mom and put it on the paperwork. In the car, there is no sticker showing that they did an oil change and telling me when the next one is due. The car did not come with a pamphlet/manual. They told my mom that if we want a manual, then we can purchase one. When we heard the noise, we took it to the dealership the next day to have it looked at. They drove it and couldnt hear the noise, so they asked me to ride with them to see if I could hear it. It wasnt making any noises. So, we went home. The next day, there was a very loud, horrible sound coming from, again, what we thought were the brakes. My mom took it back to Toyota, and they said it was the shoe and that they needed to order the part. The part was supposed to be there at 5:30 this morning. My salesman said they opened at 7:30, even though Google says they open at 9. They were supposed to check on the part and call me so they could come get my vehicle, take it to the dealership, and fix it. Come 9:15, I had not received a call. We call up there, and they tell us the part has not come in yet and that theyre waiting on the call. My thoughts are... You know we are waiting to hear from you. If youre running behind, then why wouldnt you call me and make sure Im up to speed on that fact? My boyfriend got off of work at 9 this morning after working since 5pm yesterday, went to Toyota, picked up someone from their Service Department, and brought them to get my car. They told me they would have my car back to me by noon because I had to work today. Come 1:15, no one had called me. Again, you KNEW I had to have it back by noon. If things are running behind, youre having problems, etc... WHY wouldnt you CALL ME and TELL ME THIS? Why should the customer have to call you and ask where their vehicle is an hour and 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready? Well, they said they fixed what they thought it was and that it is still making the noise. So, they wanted to get me a rental car. They said Enterprise would be getting in touch with me to bring me a rental car. Well, my boyfriend was speaking to them at that time, and I kept telling him I wasnt doing that, but he wasnt listening to me. So that part wasnt on the dealership. But when we tried to call them back MULTIPLE times, both the dealership AND the Service Manager, no one wanted to answer their phone. Its ridiculous. Considering we couldnt reach anyone on the phone, my boyfriend took me to the dealership, which we had to drive once again from exit 5 to exit 18, and when we walked through the door, both guys standing there had, "Oh crap" looks on their faces. Yeah, because yall know just as well as I do that this is absolutely ridiculous that its only 5 days after I bought this car and its having issues that couldve been prevented had yall done the inspection instead of lying and saying you did a full inspection. Plus, the brakes werent even checked off. But the Service Manager wanted to tell my mother, "Well, you bought a used car..." Yes, yes we did buy a used car. However, we did not buy a used car from a buy-here-pay-here, as-is place. We bought it from a Toyota Dealership who is supposed to be GREAT at Customer Service and GREAT at making sure their vehicles are in top shape to sell, used or not. Your continuous excuses are exhausting, and I will NEVER send anyone to your dealership. I wish I had never purchased anything from you people.

My husband and I recently purchased 2 vehicles in 1 day. He got a 2015 Tundra and I got a 2016 4Runner we spent $64,000 in one day. I wanted leather seats and running boards installed no problem so they said. Few days later I got the running boards installed which of course was $100 more than was quoted 2 hours earlier but I wasnt mad it looked great. Few days later its time to get the leather seats done. I dropped off my vehicle and was given a corolla. The guy told to me I had to put gas in it because it was below empty ok still not mad. Get in and start to drive and the smell in the car was horrendous. There were nasty shoes and socks in the back seat ok still not mad. The next day I go to get my brand new vehicle back the sales manager was very nice told me to come back and theyd fill up the gas tank and wash it ok great. I get in and start to drive off and noticed the gas tank was half empty and the inside was dirty crums all over, the mats had leaves and dirt on them not to mention they put 160 miles on my car. So when I get back to work in look at my car and noticed chips out of the paint in the front of my brand new car ok now Im mad. So I call sales manager very nice told me to bring it back in. I was never told they dont install the leather seats there. They have to take it off site which is where the miles and using my gas and putting chips in the front and all the crums came from. He said hed take care of everything ok. My husband dropped it off because I was over dealing with it. Get the vehicle back later that day and a 6 year old could have done a better job touching up the paint. Its lumpy and NOT EVEN THE SAME COLOR not to mention the crums that they never removed. Its shocking how a dealership could return a brand new vehicle in worse condition than it was brought in but it happened not once but twice!!!

I am disappointed in my attempted purchase experience at Valdosta Toyota. I am a seasoned new car buyer having previously purchased a new Four Runner, Camry and Avalon. Even though I live in Valdosta I have yet to purchase a new Toyota from Valdosta Toyota. My most recent purchase was a 2014 4Runner. I made internet contact and went to the dealer with check in hand attempting to make a purchase based upon invoice price of the vehicle plus a reasonable market upcharge. I showed them advertisements from out of town dealers offering competitive prices as described above. The sales people at Valdosta Tayota (specifically the sales manager) had a take it or leave it attitude to the point of arrogance. I understand driving profit margins through tough negotiations but their arrogant attitude drove me away. I ended up getting an internet quote from Milton Ruben Toyota in Augusta paying $300 over dealer invoice. The deal was closed on the phone at the quoted price. I did have to make a day trip to Augusta to pick up my vehicle but I saved $1500 over the lowest Valdosta Toyota haggle price. This is my fourth new Toyota purchase. I have yet to make a successful purchase at Valdosta Toyota having found competitive pricing and respectful sale people at out of town dealers. I am sold on the Toyota brand but not Valdosta Toyota.
