Brought our car in for a brake issue that we scheduled an appointment for. Also wanted the works package. I received a call a couple hours later that the car was ready for pick up and no issue with the brakes. When I talked to the service advisor he said he was just told to do the works package and check the brakes. My wife told him the brakes pulsated when they were applied. He said he wasnt told that. So upon arrival, I spoke with a manager, she took the car back and had the brakes properly inspected and found they needed to be turned. Had the rotors turned, car has been stopping with no issues. The service advisor did a horrible job not listening to my wife, then tried to blame her for his mistake, then offered nothing to correct the problem. If this is the future of service at North Brothers Ford, I will go elsewhere...

drove my 2013 ford escape to North Bros for door latch recall; my vehicle was taken in immediately by very courteous manager and his assistant. the procedure took 4-5 hrs; their on-site driver took me home and picked me as scheduled. my vehicle was ready and waiting for me upon my return. The representative at the cashier window had all my paperwork and keys, I signed invoice and was out the door within 10 minutes. All in all 10:30am thru 4:30pm. All in all, I am very satisfied with the service. I will continue to take my vehicle to North Brothers.

I just got my new Escape, it was such a great experience going through North Brothers. Art was so helpful and even came in on his day off to make sure I could get it as soon as possible! He explained everything, from the lease agreement to all the gadgets on the car! I even had to call him the next day when I realized I left my insurance drivewise device plugged into my old car. Art was happy to help and got it out for me! I would definitely go through them again!

Tom Reno was wonderful, he worked with me to get the lease on the new escape. He took his time and explained everything so I was able to understand the working with my new lease. The sales people were friendly and offered coffee or soda while waiting for Tom to finish with his customer. Thanks guys

Been car shopping for about a month and David Sonak at NB Ford is by far the best ever. He goes way out for you as a customer, takes his time explaining and knows about cars. (Youd be surprised how many dont). From what Ive seen, nice staff, nice unpretentious dealership.

Never come here for parts, drive to another dealer even if it`s miles away. Not only they order wrong parts, they never receive them by the time they promise you. As for mechanics, they always ask for an extra hour or two to figure out what`s going on even in a simple case.

Standard Lube service and tire rotation for my F150. As far as I know everything was done well and everyone was pleasant. The time required seemed shorter than usual. I assume that was due to the amount of customers at that time but I always appreciate a short wait time.
