I have been looking for a Cadillac Escalade to buy for my wife. I found one online at the southern select auto sale. I went to buy it yesterday and when i pulled in with my family the owner Marco told me that they were closing and i need to pull out of the lot. I told him i came to buy a car. His response was( I hear that a million times a day) My wife was blown away with him being rude. She asked him way was he being so rude he said he had some where to be. I then asked him for his card so i could come back he told me he did not have one. Then he told me that the vehicle was 22,000 and he was driving it and its not for sale and he doesnt need to sell anything he owns everything and its paid for. Then i ask why is it online for 21,995 he looked at me and then told me to leave. Then his employee started to kick rocks on my vehicle. This dealership is very poor and rude stay away!!!!!

Salesman was extremely rude. Extremely unprofessional. Wish I would have read the reviews before going. Went with cash in my pocket but was not impressed at all with the first vehicle I test drove. When I asked about looking at another vehicle I got a response about not wasting his time. Well, thank you for not letting me "waste" my hard earned money on your junk vehicles. Save yourself the headache and go to a reputable dealer like we did. In the long run, its well worth it. Nice vehicles that they will stand behind. Every vehicle we looked at on their lot had issues. They were filthy inside and out with broken pieces and even cigarette ashes on the seat. Was told the first vehicle was filthy because "they just got it in", although, it was listed on line for sale 3 WEEKS AGO! Not an honest dealership. Do yourself a huge favor AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I am a Marine Corps vetaren who was looking for a solid work truck and went to this dealership to purchase, having $10,000 cash in my pocket. I test drove a couple Chevys that were decent and wanted to check out the Dodges (as I was told by a relative these were decent trucks). Test drove a Dodge and wanted to test drive 1 more Dodge before buying the 1st truck I initially test drove, when the sales rep told me the ride at Cedar Point was over. At first taken aback and thinking he was joking only to realize that he was not. I was told to either buy a vehicle or leave. At that point I chose to leave and not be spoken to in such a disrespectful manner. I do not what kind of salesman would act like that in THIS ECONOMY but I do know one thing...they will NOT be getting my business. So for all those vets out there...Semper Fi and steer clear of this place!

Bought a truck there a year ago nothing but problems since the day I drove it off the lot they did fix a couple things but were very reluctant and not happy about it.after a less than two weeks needed new tires.within one year I have had the rear end replaced by my mechanic all the shocks realised that it was painted and bondoed .right now truck is in shop getting bearings replaced brake line, crank sensor and it hasnt been tuned up in so long that the spark plugs rusted and stuck in the motor now they have to pull the head just to get plugs out..this place polishes turds and flips them for profit.ask them to have your own mechanic inspect anything you are considering buying. Chances are they wont let you though..I will never go there for anything ever again.. I have spent nearly what I payed for the vehicle just keeping it on the road..

If your looking to purchase a vehicle this is the place to check FIRST!! I would recommend this place to anyone for sure!! Nick and Marko were terrific working with us today when we first went in to look at an older 2004 truck and we ended up walking out with a nicer 2012. They take a lot of pride in their work and dealing with their customers. Listening to any and all questions you have. They know their stuff when it comes to their vehicles in the lot. Very knowledgable..... I normally dont take time to write reviews about many places but this is definaltely a review I had to put up online. I was very pleased and will be a life long customer FOR SURE!! THEY HAVE GREAT CONDITION VEHICLES AND MANY TO CHOOSE FROM!!! THEY DONT PRESENT A VEHICLE ON THE LOT UNTIL FULLY INSPECTED THOROUGHLY!

If you see a truck in there that has undercoating: RUN! They did undercoating on mine from half way to the middle of the underbody to about 8" above the rockers. When I bought it it looked great, I loved it. 10 months later after a few car washes and the sun the undercoating is starting to fade and guess what? TONS OF RUST HOLES ALL ACROSS THE ROCKER PANELS! In certain places where there are big holes, THEY PUT BLACK DUCT TAPE OVER THE HOLE AND THEN THE UNDERCOATING UNDER THAT. WHAT A BUNCH OF DECEITFUL SCUM! Before I had noticed how bad the rust was, I went in there to look at another truck that they had. This one had undercoating as well (and bad brakes) but they didnt do such a good job with this one because you could clearly feel that it was rusted out underneath.

Drove 5 hours to buy a truck that they swore was clean, had no rust, and only one mechanical issue that I was getting a discount for. There were several mechanical issues and cheap, poorly done body work covering rust and other issues. There was bubbling paint on both rear corner panels, and 3 of the four reflector lights in the doors were either missing entirely or missing the plastic covers. They obviously buy cheap, slap some paint and shoddy repairs together and flip as fast as they can. Unprofessional. Half truths and sales gimmicks even though I told both Nick and Khaled I was driving that far for the truck. Wasted a day for cheap B lot kids who dont know what they are doing. Look elsewhere for your vehicle

I purchased a truck from them. The guy stressed over and over how good of shape it was in. I took the truck in to get Line-X applied and found out the entire truck was rusting through, covered in bondo, and crumbling in places that were hard to get to. As soon as I pulled into Line-X they started pointing out all the spots they could tell were bondo just from a glance. There is no way Southern Select Auto Sales did not know it was in that bad of shape. At this point I am looking at replacing all the rocker panels, and fenders. If you do go there make sure you bring a magnet and run it over the entire vehicle (magnets dont stick to bondo), and get a car-fax. Or just avoid the place all together.

Bought a s10 from here First day not even a couple hrs after the purchase the starter went out Drove for about a week with a loud snapping sound Fix ball joints drive axel ect ect, finally crawled up under and looked hard and found out they sold me a truck with a cracked frame more then 6 inches long Didnt think to check the other side but sure enough it was cracked too Watch what you buy just because its shiny on the outside doesnt mean anything Buyers beware
