This "Giovanni" is the RUDEST, MOST DISRESPECTFUL guy to deal with in this store. I buy all my auto parts here for my Nissan,Toyota,Honda and Acura, and for some reason of all the years I have been buying stuff here, Ive never returned anything until today. But this guy treated me, and even accused me in a VERY INSULTING WAY that I am returning a used part that I bought which there is no evidence of the part that it was used, no scratch,no wrench mark or what so ever. When you go to this store look for Enrique or Angel but not this guy GIOVANNI if you dont want to get treated bad.

This was my regular visiting store,every visit i am having hard time with employees,racist latino guys, recently i went to exchange battery which i had 1 year warrenty, before i go there i make sure my warrenty still valid, over the person said yes, when i went to store total story different, latino short dark skin guy said, battery is good, just will charge for 1 hour, he kept me 1 hour, and i asked now what, their new emloyee who was there, he said battery no good.then he said, we can give you new battery, but warrenty was expired

Employees have attitudes! I was standing in line, and another customer jumped in front of me by accident. I notified the other customer, and he apoligized then stood behind. The other customer explained the sign confused him because it said exchanges & parts, not purchases. No big deal. However, an employee over heard our conversation, and proceeded to tell us that it meant purchases in a sarcastic tone. Very uncomfortable & unnecessary.

Worst service ever.. called to find out if something was in stock. They looked it up and said yeah the location on reseda and parthenia has many in stock. I drive only to hear the clerk say "the call center tells you anything to come in but sorry we dont have it" Just bad service. At least really take the time to give correct info beforw making someone drive 10miles.

Great customer service,very helpful for those of us do it yourselfers,only bad thing is the parking,very small hard to get on and out of parking lot/ stalls. But I did just score on a hell of a deal ,5 qts castrol gold edge synthetic motor oil and a fram filter. About $36.00 instead of $60.00.

I agree the parking is bad, but the service is great i must say. As busy as they were they came outside and helped trouble shoot my electrical problems, and went even further to give me information on why my check engine light was on.

Some of the guys dont know what they are doing. Overheard a sales person telling a woman that any oil would work for her car because her car was new. He told her that oil viscosity dont matter because its not snowing.
