Malik, the manager was the person who assisted me. He also had another gentleman that was helping me as well. When I came in, I was trying to exchange a headlight by Sylvana Super Star Ultra H11 priced at $53.99. I purchased this headlight a few months earlier, and I was told that if there would be any issues with his headlight that I could go ahead and bring it back in. One of the headlights burned out where the other one remained okay. During the exchange, they told me that I had a problem with my car and these the these things never burn out!! They told me it was probably my fault and that they shouldnt exchange it for me, making me feel Like an ASS for bring in a bad product. From my experience, not all products are going to meet measure up exactly the way they should be. This is why most companies give some kind of a warranty or guarantee on their products just in case. According to Sylvania this product is guaranteed to last for at least 12 months! Both of these individuals couldnt be more than 25 years of age! If Autozone is going to go promote or hire individuals in their store, they should make sure that theyre going to treat their customers right! I certainly wouldnt recommend this to anyone at this point! Ive been here before, I felt the service was okay but never over outstanding. I felt this locations always been a busy location! However, they should either bring better talent in or being people that understand customers better.

I had a return well within my return date with my receipt. The product was open, but never used. The return policy states that if an item is not in its original package, that a store credit would be given. The assistant store manager told me that he couldnt do the return because it was opened. I told him that the return policy says that i would get store credit because it wasnt in original condition. He looked at me and said "no, look at it, its open, i cant do nothing with it, would you buy it like this?" NO I WONT BUY AN OPEN ITEM! YOU DO NOT SELL ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED OPEN AS NEW! THATS WHY ITS A RETURN!! I guess autozone doesnt care about customer service or keeping good buying customers. Next time i will try OReilly, or pepboys or wal-mart or target....anywhere other than autozone. PS. On my visit before this "great" one, i had the STORE MANAGER tell me that their own duralast car batteries shouldnt last more than a year, to consider myself lucky that it lasted just a little more than 2 years, just enough to be out of their free replacement warranty. Goodbye autozone!

My old phone number was used to try to purchase parts with a stolen credit card. The owner of the credit card went to the AutoZone on Sherman way and Millwood in Canoga Park where they tried using her card and they gave her my name, old phone number and MY ADDRESS !!! TWO WOMEN showed up at my HOME angry and disrespecting me IN FRONT OF MY KIDS!!! This was a scary experience. I had to call the police in order for them to leave. I called the Store and Corporate Office but you can tell they dont care. I could of been dead or beaten up by these two women and the man that was waiting for them in the car . One of the women told me they got my info from AutoZone. Now I live in fear thinking they may return or come damage my property. I WOULD NEVER GO TO AUTOZONE IN MY LIFE.

Showed up at the store at 6:30 pm. Ended up talking with a guy who was extremely smugg. I have a dead battery in my car, the battery is an Auto zone battery which is still under warranty. There are 36 days left on free replacement warranty. The guy became extremely jittery when he realized that they have to give me a free battery. LEWIS R. the manager took over the transaction. In the end he tells me that they are about to close and I would have to swap out my battery on my own. 3 years ago I was sold a battery with a promice of service. I told Lewis that there are 6 able bodied men behind the counter and its 3 hours till closing. He told me that battery installation is not part of the service and they owe me nothing. Verry rude, condescending and outright lying.

Called them up. Asked if they had wiper inserts. They said yet and told me to come down. Once I get ther, "Oh they dont make them anymore." Even though they do. Napa has them. Just not the ones for my car. They go look in the back. Surprise they still make them. Just not the ones the come stock with most cars. They have inserts for their crappy wiper blades.

This is the best AutoZone Ive ever been to. Not only has the manager and all the staff been helpful in the past I went there on crutches and they did everything for me. Additional edit. Just came back for another visit and once again they couldnt have been more helpful. For somebody whos handicapped that means all the world thank you guys!

I called to see if they would change the brake lights, and the manager Martin, said to come in. I told him Im coming in about 10 minutes. As soonest I got there he knew I was there for the light brakes. Good service. Thankyou Martin. I would come back again.
