I was overheating while headed to work. I pulled into the Autozone parking lot and I walked in to ask if there was anyway to cool it down quickly and get back on the road. As I walked back to my car a gentleman named Oscar ran out after me and took a look at it. He helped fill my coolant tank and figure out why I was overheating and even gave me a container of water to take with me in case I started over heating again. He found me a part and a good mechanic with great prices and more importantly, he turned a crappy situation into just a slightly bothersome situation and I appreciate the time and help.

This is absolutely the worst experience Ive had with autozone, their prices are always a lot more expensive than the other stores, 5qt of regular engine oil was about 7$ more expensive than the store on orchard village and lyons, some of staff ( specially the manager) have a bad attitude, id prefer to drive to lyons and get the better parts for a better price while staff is really helpful and nice overthere.

After having pointed out to me that my break light was out I dropped by to see if I could get a new one. The manager Chris helped me out with finding the right buldlb and even replaced it for me for free! Now thats customer service!

Autozone sucks. They are typically rude not knowledgeable on automotive repair or parts. OReilly is the place to go
