Quality : 0 out of 3; Waited two days for something that I should have waited at most a day for Appeal: 0 out of 3; looks very crammed Service: HAHA 0 out of 3; While the person at the register tried their hardest for my order, the overall service was TERRIBLE. The day I went in for my prescription, they didnt have it in stock and it would be in tomorrow, Ok cool (waited 10 mins in line). Came back the next day and waited in line for 15 minutes just to get told my prescription didnt come in that day and that it should be in the following day (a lot of ppl here that day were agitated, should have taken it as a hint). Ok cool, wait another day for my prescription. Day 3 gets here and I wait in line another 15 minutes. Somehow a coupon was applied to my account to reduced my order to $20. However, I had a coupon in my hand that should have given me the product for free. Long story short, their system cant remove coupons from orders so I suggested they make my prescription a new order and can the old order. So they tried that and somehow they cant get this coupon applied that I literally got from the Dr. office two days prior. No explanation as to why it wouldnt work. So after waiting about 20 minutes at the register (when theres only 2 registers), I still end up paying $20. Needless to say, I will be taking my business down the street in the future.

I like this Kroger a lot and Im glad theyre remodeling. There are just minor issues I have with the place, so I have 4 stars. It seems like they are out of either bottled water or milk every time I go. Also, the bathrooms can get a little nasty. Other than that, the produce is wonderful and they have most everything youre looking for.

Nothing more then unprofessional, uncourteous and quick to write you off because its late and dont want to deal with an issue.. shouldve just went to Walmart !! customer lost ! hope corporate sees this and does a little look in to their customer relations

Good layout, nice helpful staff, great selection. I shop at the Cold Spring location at The Crossing and I shop mostly the perimeter for fresh and organic. They have it all. Smaller New store with curious fellow shoppers.

Kroger has everything , even my bank 5/3. the self check-outs are easy to use and have a attendant near by, should need help with a item or checking out the beer. gas points also. were luck to have a fine supermarket

Clean store! Staff all very nice & polite. More expensive than Wal fart, but worth paying extra as they treat you as they appreciate your patronage. Wal Mart doesnt care, neither do their employees.

Kroger has been out of the cat food I buy for a month. I went to the service desk and ask them if they would please order it. I have to go to Wal-Mart to buy it and that doesnt make me happy.

They are always helpful and pleasant to us at the Crossroads Kroger. Our only bad experience was one time at the deli...and, management quickly apologized and rectified the situation.
