Store seems o.k., but my first impression of their Night Management was bad. I called ahead to ask if they would save an item where they only had one left. I further explained that I was on my way there driving from out of town late at night, and they refused to save the item for me or label it sold, saying it was against their policy. I still got the item, but they were rude about it. I Assume this is a case of Corporate Greed for todays Mega stores, versus the good old-time small local stores that are continuing to go extinct.

I really appreciate this Kroger. I often get my lunch at the deli and the staff is great. I occasionally get some shopping in on my lunch break and frequent the well laid out healthy food section. It is also great that they have a Kroger gas station onsite. Kroger points rock and I love their community rewards program that lets me support my favorite charity, HillTop Equestrian Center.

The service as compared to other Krogers in the area is not very good. The staff is not friendly, and the management staff have no desire to help in any situation. The only good thing about this is it is close and convenient to my home; but anymore even that is in question. With the new clicklist shopping program the shelves seem empty most of the time.

My favorite Grocery. Items are easy to find, friendly staff and clean environment. Always a good selection of everything you needs. They could have had more lanes open as they had 1 regular lane and 2 15 items or less. It was getting a little backed up. But never like that "W" store down the road that is awful.

Ive had 2 bad bagger issues and these have made me change locations. 1. Cleaning products in with my popcorn chicken, got home and found that the solution had leaked on to my food. 2. Purchased pork loin and it never made it to my cart although it was paid for

I transferred here from another Kroger and I absolutely love it. The layout is awesome. You dont feel so cramped like a normal Kroger but yet its not a marketplace to get lost in. Staff is great, and the customers are so genuine. So happy to be here!

It is an okay store. It isnt as nice as some of the super centers but it is clean and the staff is nice. 2 complaints...the produce isnt as good as some of the other stores (Liberty Township is even better) and the baggers need to learn to bag.

Prices here are better than the other Kroger Stores in Liberty Township and West Chester. I knocked it a star as every time I go it looks like a hurricane went through the store. Shelves are picked over and items left are disheveled.

Friendly people work here , I always say Im going to see my friends at kroger in monroe . Kim is a cashier , she use to work the floor stocking and was always so helpful to help me find what ever . Shes now my friend !!!

Krogers is always busy. But it is organized and clean. I have a service where if you cant go in the store you can order it online and get it taken to your car. Krogers Plus card has great discounts.

Great always lanes open with hardly any wait time. Not like at Meijer or wall-Mart. Great service also. They will help you find what you a are looking for and glad to do so. Very friendly people.
