I became a regular of this store due to it’s location. I remain a loyal customer due to the excellence of the employees. I always feel that my presence is appreciated and know that someone is willing to help me. The store is well organized, so help in the isles is not usually necessary, but someone is always there as needed (which is not the case in ANY other store). These employees not only know their job, but can provide personal customer service. I’m am always impressed with the service provided by David and Jean Paul at the self checkout.. They make me feel like I am part of a family, instead of a customer running routine errands. .I am provided with a smile and a welcome greeting even when the store is swamped with customers (thanksgiving, christmas,and new years). Thank you for your excellent service. You are definitely above the rest.

I went to get quick flowers for my boss birthday. I asked Ms. Wanda to help me by cutting them and putting them in a vase. Ran to get a card, and came back to her building the most BEAUTIFUL bouquet that Id seen in a long time. I couldnt believe it. My boss is in love with that bouquet now. Couldnt believe it came from kroger... But Ms. Wanda is magical. She wowed me beyond belief. Turned a simple gesture into something grand. Thank heavens for her!

This store almost always has what you want some of the time. I find that if I go in theres always an item or two on my list that they are sold out of or dont have. And its never consistent with any apparent rhyme or reason. The store is nice and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful but I almost always have to go somewhere else to get what I want.

The store itself is not bad but do NOT come here for gas. This is why Im giving 1 star. They literally have people out there in herds bothering you while you are at the pump trying to get you to buy certain types of car cleaners.. And they wont leave you the F alone when you simply say "no thank you". I thought Kroger had higher standards then that.

When I had a complaint about an employee and attempted to speak with the manager regarding the issue, the manager was very rude. He would not take the time to stop what he was doing to acknowledge my issue, and laughed in my face as I tried to describe the employee. Will not ever visit this location again!

Came to get some meat out of the deli. The guy at the counter had his gloves on rubbing the top of the counter with his gloves when he wasnt laying on his gloved hands. Can we say nasty!!!! Then asked if I want some meat. Uuuuuummmmmm no not if you gonna be that nasty and then want to touch my food.

The store closed one side of the stores entrance doors which also closed access to the mobile carts for elderly and disabled people. While I was shopping some of the store lights were turned off to let customers know the store was closing soon. I will not be returning to this store.

Great Kroger. They recently renovated their space to create a gourmet cheese section and a hot section with all kinds of options (similar setup to whole foods - flavors arent as good as whole foods but cheaper & more convenient!). Friendly service throughout the store. Very clean.

The Pharmacist at the location is awesome and very professional. She gave me a painless flu shot, literally had never received an injection that I did not feel, and Ive had plenty of inoculations and injections.

I go to this Kroger often. If you go in the morning it is not at all crowded. It is usually easy to run in and out if you arent getting much.

Gas is convenient and quick. The store is set up different than most other Krogers. A bit harder to navigate. Smaller selection of wines.
