My Leaf Experience, Please forward to Michael R at Torre Nissan La Quinta California, manager. My horrible experience at Torre Nissan. I preordered a Nissan Leaf online through the Nissan Portal. I came down to the dealership in December 2011 he said it would arrive sometime in March. I called and called, he never called me back not a single time. So I figured okay ill try using someone else. Then I was forwarded to Carlos, he told me I was in good hands and would check in on my car and give me a call back. Once again he never returned any calls. I thought okay, the sales team is a joke lets try management, I called Chuck Stanley, says hey look you know where to find me etc I wont dick you around like the other guys. Let me check the VIN and find out where your car is and ill call you back but it says your car is due middle of March. It is now April I have not received a single call from ANYBODY. This is disgusting and not acceptable. I will be contacting Nissan USA and filing a complaint about Torre Nissan and its complete lack of sales team, management and customer service. In Addition... I went to dealership to test drive the car. I was unable to do so because it wasnt charged. I go outside and notice it wasnt even plugged in. I then tried to schedule an appointment the next day. Adam did not answer the phone or return my call. When I tried to preorder the car the dealership was not coming up on the portal. I talked with nissan and they told me to contact the dealership. I informed Adam of the problem and he didnt address this issue for at least 3 months.

I had a recall on my car so I made an appointment and told it would be a 20 minute fix. An hour passes and I ask if my car is ready, the receptionist makes a call and no one answers and tells me that theyre probably almost done it shouldnt be much longer. I lose track of time and notice its an hour and a half after the original hour. I ask again if my car is ready she makes a call says no one has answered and disappeared. She finally comes back a half an hour later and no response. After another hour my car is "ready" a four hour wait time for a twenty minute fix, what a joke. To top it off the associate that went to go get my car, parked it outside the waiting area got out of the car and left. He left my keys the paper work and the door open so anyone could have taken my car, he said nothing and disappeared. It wasnt until the receptionist came outside and told me my car was ready and that the car that had been sitting there for 5 minutes with the door open and the keys inside was mine. It irked me that even with an appointment this is how I was treated, to top it off they acted recklessly with my car and had no explaination for the terrible service. They did nothing correct and dont deserve repeat business, I will never go back to this dealership again.

My uncle purchased a Nissan Titan there. He referred me there to purchase my Nissan Titan. Which I did. That experience was great. However, I went back a few months later because the bed extension that came with my truck was not fitting. It was a little short on the ends where it attaches to the bed. The "manager" there accused me of "sitting on it" and therefore would not help me. I got so upset that he would say that without any "proof". I say that because I KNOW I did no such thing. I was so offended. Even if I had it wouldnt make it shorter in length. Anyway, one of their technicians was walking by and heard me going off on this "manager" and he saw the bed extender there and asked if he could help. He knew right away what to do. He took out a screw driver he had in his pocket, loosened some screws adjusted the extender and DONE! It was so simple. The management there is horrible I almost REGRET buying my truck from them. Never will TORRE ever get any of my money again.

Update: I was contacted by a really nice lady named Cecilia who took care of the issue in no time. Thank you very much. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Ive called them numerous times and left messages about an issue I have with the vehicles registration. The only time I talked to someone was with Mr Adolfo from finance who told me that the information I was provided by DMV was wrong and that he was going to personally call them and then call me back. Havent heard from him in about two weeks so today I called the salesman and he quickly dismissed me saying he has nothing to do with it. He only told me to talk Scott but he wasnt available either. Everytime I call everyone is busy or theyre never "in yet". I hate to leave bad reviews but it seems like this might be the only way to get their attention.

Just wanted to take a few minutes to sing the praise of Torre Nissan. My wife got our car serviced their on April 1st. We have been here several times but this time it was different. I was greeted by a gentleman in a collard white shirt with a black tie. This guy I even got his name offered us water and greeted us as we pulled up. His name was Eugene the way he made me and my wife feel. It made our service experience better. I believe service starts with a smile. Also Eugene educated my wife and I on windshield safety. And we got our windshield fixed paid for by our insurance company while we came for a scheduled maintenance. Once again big shout out to Torre Nissan, Eugene and the service/ safety team Peace We will be back and tell our friends Torre Nissan cares

Talk about great service! i have never had such great experience while buying a car. after a long and frustrating day of car shopping we decided to stop at torre nissan to see what vehicles they had in stock. we drove in at 7pm and instanly fell in love with a nissan pathfinder. we gave an offer and drove home in a new 2013 pathfinder by 9pm. thanks torre for a great buying experanice. if you want quality customer service with no hassles and a none presure enviroment i highly recomend torre nissan.

I bought a new 2013 sentra and the transmission is failing. Took it to the dealer to have it looked at and to pin point the problem they said it was the clutch bracket. They recommended for a new transmission. I bought the extended warranty and the miles just pass it. They will not help and suggested for me to trade my car to get credit and get a new car. This is my second and last vehicle with them. My car now sit in my driveway and I car pool to work.... thank you. Torre Nissan.

I contact this dealership cause I saw them on tv I called and spoke to some sales man name Raul I told him I needed a third row sit vehicle and he said to send them my info ones I send them he never called me back till I called him again and when I called him straight up told me that I have bad credit that they wouldnt be able to help me he did not even gave me a chance to tell him that I had 10,000 for down payment and he hang up the phone very bad customer service
