One Saturday, I went in to the dealer to purchase a car. I wasnt really sure what I wanted, but I knew i wanted to get something bigger than what I was driving. After walking the lot and checking out a few cars, I settled on a Dodge Durango. The paperwork was filled out, we went on a test drive, and the deal was signed. The truck was sent to get washed and I was on my way. The next day I realized that the window lock button didnt work allowing none of the passengers to be able to roll their windows down. I also noticed there was a chip in the front windshield and the rear air did not blow cold air no matter how cold I set the control. I decided to take the vehicle back on Monday afternoon to have the repairs done. When I drove in to the service department, a couple of workers started laughing as I pulled in. I explained to the nice young man (wish i remembered his name) what was going on and he took note of all the problems. As the service manager came over to the vehicle he was still snickering and I asked him what was funny. he stated, "It is nice to have someone to help you out when you can do your job right away". The gentleman that had been helping me asked him, "That is funny?" I left the vehicle, with my belongings in it, and was not given any paperwork. I also informed them as I left my car, that I was going into surgery the next day and the best point of contact was my boyfriend. I was told that the car should be ready by the next afternoon. As I waited for my boyfriend to come pick me up, I was informed by the sales rep who sold me the car that my vehicle hadnt been "reconditioned" when I bought it and that no one is supposed to drive a vehicle off the lot if they havent gone through "reconditioning". That right there was a red flag that something was wrong. Tuesday came around and I didnt hear anything from the service department. My boyfriend tried calling and was leaving message but was not getting any answers. I was given a phone call late Tuesday night around 6 pm stating they were waiting for a part that was coming from Los Angeles and that the vehicle would be ready the next day. Over the next couple of days I tried calling and getting the status of the vehicle and no one was answering calls nor returning phone calls/voicemails. After being run around so much, I decided that it would be best just for me to get my money back and leave the car there. To this day no one has called to say that the vehicle is ready. When my boyfriend went to go retrieve all my personal belongings from the vehicle. They would not let him get the belongings out because they had returned the vehicle back to the very back of the lot and it was tightly placed between other vehicles. They retrieved some of my items, but not all. I would not suggest going to this dealership.

I had the most amazing new car purchase experience. I was so overwhelmed with gratitude at how wonderful I was treated at Chapman Chrysler Jeep. I felt like family. Every detail and concern that I had was taken care of and there was no stress at all in the new car purchase. Mr. Lawrence Ennis for the second time made my new car purchase a reality. This is my second auto purchase with him. I bought my first truck from him two years ago and I bought a beautiful new Red Velvet Chrysler 200S - 2016. Mr. Ennis brought me complete ease of mind, as he reassured me that he could assist with my financing needs and I received a lower interest rate with his assistance, then I would have with my own Credit Union. Mr. Ennis knows what he is doing and he is a man of integrity. He can be trusted. As a person of faith, I know this to be a blessing for me as my BMW had caught fire just one week before my new car purchase. I subsequently needed a new vehicle but wanted to purchase a new car from someone I could trust . My sales person, Mr. Steve Partridge was very relaxed and provided a no pressure atmosphere that I found soothing in my very difficult time. I told Mr. Partridge exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and to the detail he provided it. I was overwhelmed with joy and it all happened so fast. There were no hours spent waiting and stressing. It was completely drama free and totally comforting, as if I was a family member receiving special care. This experienced really blessed soul. Last but not least - T.J Gilliam, in Financing - You worked it out and not only did I receive the most outstanding interest rate, your suggestion for auto debit knocked the interest rate down and I purchased the additional warranty as a result. I will not have to worry about a thing, every part of the vehicle is fully covered via warranty - 100,000 miles. As a woman, this is significant to me and by lowering the interest rate, with auto pay, my car note is still extremely affordable. Thank you and bless you for looking out for me T.J. Thank you for introducing me to my new serviceman, my parts guy and also Marc Ward, Spencer Collin and Corey Brewer, each of you helped me in your own specific way- in your area of expertise. I am going through a horrible divorce so you all didnt know how much I had been privately grieving thus your help and support blessed my soul in a way that was a God hug to my spirit. Thank you - All of You. Professor La Della L. Levy M.A, M.Ed - Political Science Faculty, College of Southern Nevada

I love my Jeep. I did my research and decided to buy a Jeep Cherokee last year. Bought a used model that was previously a rental. Regarding the experience: I was undoubtedly happy with the salespersons on the floor and lot. They were down to earth, easy to approach, gave insight both by house-protocol and appropriate personal investigation. But EVERYTHING changed once I got back with finance. These next persons were nothing but jerks. I had gone in the afternoon before and thoroughly loved the jeep and decided to come back the next day. I was told that if I didn’t buy it that very afternoon I’d be forfeiting the free 2 year bumper to bumper warrantee; this banter continued as they were rudely pressuring me. It wasn’t a promotion that would be expiring but solely an advantage they chose to edge. I was in no way argumentative, was calm and heard out the financial officer and his jabbering. The finance man stormed off, to “guilt me”, when I assured him I’d be back the next day to buy the jeep - as a good steward I had to take the proper time to arrange my finances so that I could afford the purchase appropriately. As stated, I arrived with finances in line and ready to buy. As they threatened, they denied me of the free 2 year warrantee, and continued to be verbally intimidating. I understand the sales pitch and strategies, and that’s fine – they have to make a living… but it was childish and rude how this financial employee handled himself. With aggression, he went so far as to accuse me of being a RACIST; with other employees and my own family as witness (he appeared Ukranian/Eastern European - ironic, so is my wife). To this day I am very pleased with my Jeep. I couldn’t be happier. But, looking back “they got me”. I decided to buy the 2 year warrantee at the time of purchase (a few grand). I’ve never used it. Never needed it. But, if I need basic services (oil changes, tire rotations, etc…) do I go to the dealer? No. Out of principle it is difficult for me to contribute to a household of men that continue to badger others like they did me & my family. I have always been very calm, and they’d probably not remember me because I never made a deal of the incident – particularly not at the time of purchase – I wanted to buy my Jeep and go on my way. But to this day, I’ll allow no further profits to be made off my jeep needs unless they are covered by the warrantee I fell for.
