Saw a car i was interested in, a white Suzuki xl7, then when I told the salesman I wanted to go to mechanic to get it looked at, and they said I could not, he said a mechanic can only accompany me on test drive. I explained Im not willing to make a $6k purchase without getting diagnostic on vehicle, I tried reasoning with him, but he refused, so I sent message through car gurus hoping maybe someone who wanted to make some money and sell a car would see it and respond. But someone named Sarah replied saying I made the whole thing up, like I have nothing better to do than send dealerships fake messages. I guess this isnt the car for me.

I went into Newport Motors West on a hope and a prayer because my credit is really bad and I had a previous Repo. But the guys there were very friendly, straight forward, and determined to help get me in a vehicle. Sam went above and beyond to help me get into something that I liked. He is a very loyal salesman that wont just put you into something to get a sale. Yosif is the financial manager and he did everything to get me financed. I am grateful for these guys because I walked out of there extremely happy with my 2010 Convertible Sebring with low miles. Go see them if you want a great experience with a car dealership.

I am very unhappy with my car purchase. I purchased the car on June 3, 2016 (Dodge Nitro 2007). The key I was given was a valet key it does not turn off the alarm. I asked about the remote key and was given the run around about getting another key. The car has electrical problems I was not told about and they are giving me the run around about repairing it...only one speaker work, touch screen went out, therefore cant use the backup camera...still has not repaired.

Worst place! The finance guy, Joseph will avoid you like a plague when you go there with an issue. The guy is incompetent all he wants is your money. They promise you one thing then give you something completely different. Do not buy anything here! Its a bunch of scammers Eddie was the only helpful person. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Great people, great service! I went to look at a mustang that was gonna be my first finance purchase ever. And they were very helpful, explained everything, answered every question I had. I would defiantly recommend this place!
