I bought a car and was pleased with my salesman German he was outstanding and very professional and very knowledgeable about my Acura. I bought my used Acura and I drove it for a few days and noticed the brakes were vibrating I took it to the service department and thats where things went downhill quick. The service department tried to replace the brakes replaced rotors and pads gave the car back to me then I drive it off the lot and again brakes make a grinding sound. I take the car back for a second time and they tell me they needed to fine tune the rotors and that they made a mistake by putting the rotors on right out of the box and didnt fine tune them. After I pick up my car for a second time I get my TSX back and my alignment and balance are now both off which tells me the mechanic when he test drove it to check the brakes had to have done something. Then I get an auto generated in email from Peter the service director saying if anything is wrong please let him know so he can make it right. I called and left two messages and sent two emails and he has yet to respond to me and its been almost a week. This is not the type of service a customer should expect. The sales department is awesome but the service department needs some work. Hopefully I hear back from someone so I can get my car fixed.

Findlay Acura is the best car dealership I have ever done business with. My father and three uncles own car dealerships and I basically had a car dealership for my "after school care" when I was a kid. I know cars and I know dealerships and I know sales. Findlay is what every dealerships aspires to be. They take full service to a new height. My salesman, David Geitl, was exceptional. Kind, VERY knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, and willing to go above and beyond to find me a car. He even drove me to another dealership to look at a car there! And at the end, when I was debating whether or not to buy the car at Findlay, or the one at Planet Nissan I really loved, he was low pressure and honest at all times. He made me want to do business with him and Findlay Acura--so much so that I passed on the car of my dreams and took my second favorite car just so I could buy it from them. I cant say enough about Findlay Acura and David. Ill be buying another car from them for my wife in a few months and Ill be both a Findlay man and an Acura man for life, I believe.

During the week of Feb 8, 2016, I tried to take my 2013 in to Acura of Las Vegas and get a loaner until they resolved the defective air bag in the car. Their service manager basically told me to get lost, the problem was between Acura corporate and me. Then he had the guts to mock my concern for my wifes safety (its her car). When I called Acura corporate asking for help, we agreed that they would contact Findlay on my behalf. The very next morning their sales manager, Pete Swords, called me. We agreed that I would drop off my car the next day and that he would put us in a loaner for as long as it took to remedy the lethal air bag problem. My only financial obligation being to supply my own gas, as it should be. On top of the responsive and polite treatment, they even filled the tank on the loaner! I have owned four Acuras and, thanks to the superior treatment and service of Findlay, I intend to continue buying Acuras. Furthermore, they will be my service agent of choice from now on.

I purchased a new used car & worked w John Williams. Called ahead to see if the car was still available, made an appointment for the next day and everything went smoothly (I also researched quite a bit beforehand). John and Ricky in finance were very accommodating & understanding despite a few hiccups that involved sending paperwork back & forth to England. Evon (GM) was very understanding and agreeable too. Definitely think I got a great deal - and a stress free transaction. (Even everyones interactions w customers who had purchased previously and popped over to say "hi" was super friendly). Do your research before you go, and I think youd have a pretty stress free time & great customer service. (Free bottled water when youre buying a car in 37+ temps is helpful too!)

Sales department is awesome, flexible, and determined to meet my needs for purchase of my new Acura RLX. The service team is amazing, polite, timely, and appropriately suggestive. Only reason they lost 1 star is because I sometimes feel that the "master" mechanic for my Hummer is trying to gouge me for parts I dont need. For example, had a fluid leak... list of parts suggested by the master mechanic went on and on... was going to be 2k to fix... I ended up replacing 3 OEM hoses (probably only needed 1) and cost was minimal. Its a year later now, and still no leak. Either way, this is a great group of people to have service my vehicles and I am very happy to be associated with them! Thank you Veleda, Todd, Brandon, and everyone else!

I have purchased 2 trucks from this dealership, Matt Nicol hooked it up both times the first time was with my 2007 Ford F150, he found it on a sister lot in the auto mall and pulled it for me to test out and I loved it, the second truck I purchased was also from Matt Nicol it was a 2007 Toyota Tundra that he had also pulled from a sister lot in the auto mall both trucks I purchased used with very low miles 30k so it was worth the purchase, he makes the experience of buying a vehicle a very easy one he is my go to guy!! in this city, if its a car that you want he can find it without a doubt.... This will be my third vehicle I have purchased through Alex. He is great and always looks out for the customers best interest. He is knowledgeable and has great customer service. It was a smooth, easy transaction. He got me in and out relatively quick. Juan was very helpful and went out of his way to show us the Honda Ridgeline. His customer service was Great!! This is why I return to Findlay Acura- great service and quality employees!!

We must say that our sales person Anthony Martinez made our experience great. We liked how honest and respectful he was when trying to close the deal and get us a good deal. He was very good about following up with us without being pushy. Overall great experience. The manager, Allen was also very personable and did good about making sure that we felt like valued customers. He also worked hard to give us a good deal.

Saw their special for a $19.99 oil change and car wash on Saturdays 12-3pm so drove a little farther to take advantage of it. Were in town for the week doing a half country drive so needed an oil change and wash pretty bad. Their staff was great! In and out in about an hour and enjoyed the ice cream, drinks, and TV. If I lived here in Vegas, Id give them my business again based on this experience.
