ZERO STARS!!!!! Couple of red flags... My husband and I have been looking at some BMW we found one here, we decided to give them a call to test drive the only day we can drive is on a Sunday, we set up the appointment on Sunday(Sundays is by appointment only) at 10 a.m. we drive 2.5 hour to the location 10a.m arrives 10:15 and no one finally I ask my husband to call the guy he set up the appointment with guys response is "oh I thought it was at 11" Ill be there shortly he arrives about 1045-11. My husband test drives the car he really likes it, they negotiate came up with a number, sales guy ask us to leave a deposit so he called her the car no problem. Right away he gets on the website and changes the sale to "sale pending" we told him it would be a couple days before we can go back because we are getting our loan thru our bank. While we wait he said he would get the car smoked. During the time we are waiting for our response from my bank I go to the website and it went from "sale pending" to "sold" (weird) Couple days later we call and tell him we are ready to do the deal he came up with a BS lie that the car didnt pass smog wtf, I am in the car business so right away I check and daddda car was smoged and PASSED! we call the guy and call him out and he said ok it did pass but it looks like the car was in an accident and it wasnt fixed right bs we already knew about the accident we checked it and it looks good in our eyes needless to say he flacked out....

First time conducting business here. I must say- Idan and Kerri are great people- honest, professional, kind and helpful. We really needed to replace a vehicle thats on its last leg and didnt want a long term car payment nor did we have acess to lumpsum cash. They worked with us and even let us take the car home earlier than scheduled. I read some of their reviews here and on other sites and all I can say is: If you are honest and honor the commitment you make with them, I have no doubt they will do the same for you. Thus far, great experience with them and if all continues this well, we will be their customers for life! Thanks again, (Idan and Kerri) Desert Motor!

I dont recommend anyone purchasing a used car in this place because the owner is a liar. I bought a Saturn and he promised me that it was in great condition and not even two weeks passed when it started leaking gas. Took it to the dealer where they did the oil change at ford and they told me i needed to change all my brakes because it was in bad condition also, I needed to change so many things that it cost me a total of $2200 just to fix it.

because i bought a jeep from that dealer, and the next day that bought it, it gave me a lot of problems, the next day start leaking oil, ah a few weeks later check engine came on and i pay la 1500 just to fix and like a month later the transmission start giving me problems and the thing is that i been paying a lot of money to fix it and still giving a lot of problems... the worst of the worst

They were very nice at first. I bought a 2003 Honda Civic for 4,000 and they promised it was a very good running car. A week after I got it, the engine failed. I wouldnt trust them with a penny. I called them and they said "I dont care, its not our problem" They know how to sweet talk but I would not take their word. Be careful.
