Rude, the sales associate told me how much money they were making on the current copy center job they were running, if anyone would like to know, $2700. Thats not information we needed, we simply wanted to know if our job would be ready in the amount of time promised, and if not, if it were possible to pay rush charges. I was told "We are running a $2700 job." Also, the music when youre on hold makes one feel as if they are waiting for the lethal injection to take effect. Talking to a person on the other line makes you wish the music had actually killed you.

The entire staff is so professional, helpful, and well trained. I spent over an hour in their copy and print department with an employee who was trying to help me get my order perfect. Even though I was there past closing and I gave them a tall demand to meet, all the employees were extremely courteous and never showed any frustration. They made every effort to help me, and my order came out perfect! This is by far my favorite Staples.

Really helpful staff. its a good place to buy things, competitive prices and selection, but a great place to print, copy and fax. i have a free-lance art business and have printed artworks on posters, made flyers and ads. Even made books. The staff is really knowledgeable and able to handle this kind of work. Kudos to Copy Center!!!

The store is well laid out and theres definitely a lot of stationary to get lost looking through. The prices for some of the larger items are a bit high compared to some places online, but either way you can find a lot of interesting stuff here. The staff has always been nice, as well.

I had a very bad experience at the copy center at Staples in Ramsey. I needed to print a very quick sign and was having a problem I asked for help twice and was told it would cost me $30 an hour. I tried to do it myself but couldnt. I left the store and they lost the sale
