Went into Best Buy because of the locations, not the customer service. Upon entering Best Buy I realized that BB must have accumulated all their flunkies and put them all into one location. .I needed to return some equipment which let me into these experiences.... 1. I was next in line, the CSR Customer Service Representative) told me to wait in front of his station, he went in back and didnt come out for a while. In the mean time, I got to watch the other customers which were behind me receive service until this guy must have finished his lunch or I started to complain; which ever came first. 2. Since I returned the equipment I also needed to terminate my contract with AT&T as I would no longer need the service plan that I signed up for this equipment. The CSR had to get his manager Jasmine, whom I could only describe as one word; which is lazy. Jasmine said that she could not terminate my contract with AT&T and that that is done in the mobile department. And that she could not put me next in line and that I would have to wait my turn in the mobile department. 3. Now Im in the BB mobile department. Where Nancy the Mobile CSR was supposed to take care of me. Nancy said that she couldnt terminate my contract with AT&T and spent a long time telling me how she couldnt went through a long list as to why she couldnt. She even offered to call AT&T while I was there so that they can tell me themselves. As she was reiterating what AT&T was saying I told her that I wanted to talk to AT&T representative myself, I thought that it was amazing that AT&T did not require my password or account number, but Nancy insisted that I couldnt let me talk to the representative. I understand that Nancy was in a bad mood, I would be too if I was that young and that pregnant and working nights (with no ring on it). Turns out the AT&T representative may have been her boyfriend or baby-daddy. 4. After I left Best Buy I called AT^T told them my story and they called Nancy back to verify that is what happened. The AT&T representative gets back on the phone with gets back on the phone with me and confirms that yes, she now knows what I mean when I used the word lazy. She said that Nancy said that she did not recall me coming in. Which is unbelievable because I was in there 5 minutes before, I told her that she and Jasmine would be hearing from me again, AND I told her that the manager Jasmine practices a lazy quality of management it reflects on her, and that Jasmine or her had no business being in the position(s) that they are in at Best Buy. 5. AT&T refunded me in full. No problem. You know, my gut instinct would tell me that Jasmine or Nancy (a couple of months a go) are not as lazy as they appear when its 2:30 am and its time to roll out to the after hour party.

Brought my wifes laptop in to fix a broken screen. First, they charged us money for them to ship it out to Kentucky. Um, why are we paying for you to ship it out when you really should be doing the repairs there. Anyway, when Geek Squad finally calls with a quote, it is 3x the amount originally quoted in the store and cost more than the computer is worth. We were so frustrated that we went to another company to buy a new laptop and had the best customer experience ever. I will never use Geek Squad again. Another incident is we went in to buy a desktop computer there and instead of one of their employees helping us, someone from Dell helped us. Of course they pushed a Dell onto us but they didnt have it in stock and I had to go to another location to get it.. Got home and had problems loading the computer up. Brought it back to the store and they told me the hard drive was bad. I could bring it to another store to exchange it since they didnt have any in stock. I did that and told them to load it up for me. They had a long wait at their Geek Squad and I didnt feel like waiting an hour for this but I should have. Got home and within 2 days the computer wouldnt load up. Back to the store to return the computer and buy a different brand. Got home and this computer looked a little dented in the back. Everything works so I kept the computer but they lost my business for good.

These people are complete and total crooks and incompetents. I called up and asked if they had a specific printer. They said yes. I walked to the store to buy it and it was not there. I then ordered the printer and the cartridge for pickup. That was more than two weeks ago. I was billed immediately. Best Buy then sent me a strange e-mail requesting that I bring a government issued ID to the store when I picked up the printer. My drivers license just expired and I no longer drive and I am not getting a new one to buy a printer. I e-mailed for clarification and the rep explicitly said that I only needed to bring my credit card OR a government ID. When I went to the store to pick the printer up, they acted like I was a crook because the date on my license was a few weeks earlier than the date I was there. I then said that since the printer was there, I could just cancel the order and buy the printer from the store or they could tell me where I can buy the printer. The bottom line is that all these morons do is argue and argue. And they will NOT issue me a refund for the printer. I have asked for a refund on several occasions and have yet to receive it and theres no evidence that they will ever grant me a refund. They are crooks pure and simple. And morons.

yesterday on 11/04/2016, I bought swash from this location and since my right hand is handicapped my friends helped me out to deliver it from store to home. When I opened up the box, I found out that Swash is used before. There was stains on the pod section and steam left overs on the wall edges. Then I called the customer service; obviously their terrible customer service didnt help me out to arrange a pick up from home. This thing is heavy and bulky. And its used, its not my responsibility to take it back. And I dont wanna bother my friends again for the struggling. They directed my phone to the store and the lady on the phone told me they are going to call me back. But nobody called me back. Awful best buy customer service and awful store stuff. And I called the store today morning, I spoke to the manager and he said he cant help me out either. What a sweet weekend, I was planning to use it today and tomorrow. So in this store no respect to the disabled. Ive learned my lesson, Im not gonna trust this store and I will check the merchandise first in front of their very eyes after I get the new one.

Managers dont understand their own policy. Would not "price match gaurantee". The Manager on duty (Brian) would not honor a website with a lower price and stated that they only price match local stores. He did not take the initiative to call the local store. I also mentioned other local stores within 10-15 minutes away that did have them in stock. On top of it I made a purchase through Best Buys call in who easily made the necessary calls and matched the price. After showing him the order I had JUST made, he STILL DID NOT want to match the price at the store. Im pretty sure the employees under him really had no say here however the manager reflects their whole operation. I would give them no stars if possible. I ended up getting my product by calling corporate. Pretty easy.... Even the best buy rep over the phone said they were unsure why the Manager wasnt approving the price match. Now the store has a complaint and what looks to be ANOTHER BAD RATING!
