Brought my macbook to these guys because I needed a new logic board because mine was fried and I told them how I had fried it(I had been trying to get a headphone piece out of headphone jack). They told it would take 1 week for repair and told me it would be 1600$. No problem there as I knew a new board was around 1600$. An entire month went by before I got my macbook back and it appeared as to whoever they sent it to had tried prying my macbook open instead of taking the screws out. I paid them because I didnt care about the cosmetic damage, just as long as I had a new board and my mac book was working. A few days went by and I tried plugging in my headphones to the jack and what do you know? The headphone piece was in the jack port which meant I didnt get a new board. I spent 1600$ to have a few capacitors fixed which costs about 15$. I was pretty angry at this point, brought it back to them and they sent it back to the idiot that repaired my mac the first time. "One week" I was told again. A month went by for a second time. I finally got my macbook back headphone port working this time, but this time it appeared as if some idiot had dropped my macbook on the corner and gave the case a nice dent. Do not use these guys. They are severely overpriced and cheats.

Great place. I went here looking for a good laptop for school. They helped me figure out what I needed and found something that fit in my budget. They even bought my old one! They made sure that I had all the software that I needed and explained how to use everything. I never had a problem, but they where there for me whenever I had any questions. I would definitely would go to them again.

This place is the worst and disrespectful place I ever went to. They stole peaces that my HB computer had and this computer was a family computer. It had all family pictures and ect. I dont think anyone should be treated the way I was. I was telling them they were wrong for doing that and they told me to never come back. I strongly do not Recommend this place.

Fast and efficient. I came to this store about a month ago because my Alienware laptop was having issues with overheating. These guys were able to install a new heat sink and get it back to me in just over a week. Have not had any issues since. Would definitely recommend this store to others.

Very friendly, excellent communication, very reasonable prices, and extremely fast turn around!!! I needed a new hard drive in my macbook and I dropped it off in the morning, and it was ready by around 4pm that same day!! Would absolutely use again and certainly recommend!
