Why have a customer service department where you cannot serve customers? I was attempting to purchase a Playstation 4 with bundled game, however this Best Buy only carried the unbundled version, both versions were $349.99 at the time. I attempted to reason with the customer service department where I would pay full price for my item and they could send me a voucher for the game later but I was told that is not possible. There were 3 "customer service" representatives available who did not make a single attempt to help me or call a manager. They basically stared at me with a look that stated shut-up. This is exactly the reason Best Buy is losing. When you go to a store you want a human interaction where something like this which would be complicated for a machine to handle, a person would be able to meet your needs. Unfortunately I received a computer response with no action involved. The manager of this store and regional manager should be worried. As I write this, the Google review of this store stands at a 1.6 out of 5. I propose to the regional manager, please shut this store down before you lose more customers. I was an elite member and will no longer shop at best buy again. I also spoke with Best Buy customer service which were responsive, however, the only interaction I received was to buy a extended warranty for $119.00 and talk to the customer service at the store. Absoutely terrible customer service!! I ordered a laptop over a month ago and couldnt get an answer from any bestbuy employee on what the delay was about. Ive spoken to numerous customer service reps and no one can give me an answer on where the laptop is or when Im expected to receive it. One service rep said she didnt see my pervious conversations with other service reps documented in their system. Although, I have all my calls documented for my own records with the dates, times and the names of who I was speaking with. Im guessing each call system documentation number I was given was pulled out of their asses!! I requested to speak with a Best Buy corporate manager after getting nowhere with numerous mindless employees. I was then hung up on by a Best Buy corporate employee after refusing to explain my laptop situation!!! After I had already explained my situation twice before with two seperate employees on the same phone call. Im disgusted with the service I received from Best Buy employees in store, phone service reps and corporate employees. After discussing my situation with friends and family they also shared their horrendous stories dealing with Best Buy. I refuse to make future purchases with Best Buy.

worst service ever, first of all I waited around while workers were chatting it up. I wanted to start a new two year contract for Verizon with and iphone 6. Everything finally was working out until he told me he couldnt do the 2 year contract, but all the while already charged my card the 400 deposit required. Now I was told to wait for it to go back on because he cancelled everything. Well that wasnt true, because this morning that transaction was posted to my account. I called bestbuy to find out what to do and they are telling me that there isnt anything that they can do. Meanwhile the person answering the phone wasnt pleasant at all, I asked for a manager several times and he wouldnt give me a manager. I called Verizon to find out what to do, they said he should have never charged my card and that they are the ones to handle this situation Verizon cant do anything about it. im being told to call or get in touch with their account manager. At this point I am just getting the run around from these people and still missing 400 out of my account with no phone, no 2 year contract, no even a receipt. These people need to learn customer service ASAP. Never going back there again.

Best Buy is horrific. Ordered a bunch of things online and of course I can pay for everything then and there and its in stock no problem. Then a week later I get an email that things are back ordered until AFTER Christmas. Not only that, but I cant cancel the order, their customer service rep cannot either, and after waiting 36 minutes to speak to a manager they tell me they cant guarantee anything before Christmas of mine and they cant get my money back either and cancel my order. Then when I ask for the managers name they hang up on me and I cant get back through to a manager without bow having to wait 55 minutes on hold. This is THE WORSE customer service ever and a huge waste of my time. Hope you take pride in ruining peoples holidays and jerking them around. I would 110% recommend going to a competitor even if you have to pay more (which you usually dont) just to make sure your money does not get tied up for the holidays and someone who works for the competition is actually helpful and does not hang up on you. Way to screw me over Best Buy. Job well done.

Everything is well stocked. But I walk in there with the intentions of buying $300+ worth of car audio, only to be asked to leave when I simply try out some of the head units/speakers to see what I liked. In which were the more expensive models I was 10 seconds from purchasing. Someone with an attitude walked over and told me to shut it off and leave when I turned up a simple clean 80s song to hear the quality of the system. Im not a bass head of sound and wasnt blasting explicit music for 10min straight, but anyone knows if youre spending money you want to know what youre getting to make sure it sounds good/loud/clean. So my options were ignore him and continue testing to have the cops called (which probably would have looked really funny for me on them, since this is an AUDIO, and video store) or just to leave. So I took my money elsewhere. Get yourself together. Or your store will be bankrupt before you know it.

Extremely bad customer service. I called to speak to someone regarding ipods before making a trip to the store to purchase. The person who answered the phone sounded as if she didnt want to be there and acted as if I was speaking chinese. She then said she was forwarding me to someone on the floor. When the call wasnt answered it was routed back to her and she said shed try it again even though she knows no one was going to answer. Whatever happened to finding someone yourself instead of hoping someone answers?? I hung up and called her back and she answered same as before but threw me on hold before giving me a chance to ask her to physicalIy find someone. She left me on hold for 3 minutes. I havent even been to this store and I know I dont want to shop there. Just calling the store was a horrible experience, Im not gonna waste my time or gas going there to be treated this way.
