Ive been here maybe 3 times in the past year and every time I go, I always promise myself its the last time Ill ever go there. My number 1 complaint is the people working there. They all have an attitude problem and make it feel like theyre doing you a favor by helping you out, and cant wait to get back to their conversation with the rest of the people there. Another issue if the price. Ive been in the electronics industry for a long time and Ive never seen prices like this. The only good thing about this place is that they have things that you probably wont find anywhere outside of the internet. They have some really particular electronics and tools that Ive never seen anywhere else. However, I was able to get the same things by going to a couple different stores, or by going online, for a fraction of the price. Stay away from this place unless you need something very unique TODAY.

This electronics store is one of the best in New Jersey. It reminds me of how Radio Shack used to be many years ago.The people who work here are excellent with their knowledge of older products,espically with "Ham Radio " products.This store is not the kind of store where as soon as you walk inside of it they want to sell you something.This place is not the kind of shop where they call items that are over 3 years old "old" and try to sell you something newer.They will take their time and try to correct what is wrong.Its always a pleasure to to talk to these people because of their knowledge.

I recommend never shopping here! Ive spent a good amount of money here over time and recently bought a stapler that I thought I might have needed for my project. Turns out I didnt need it and went to return it a week later (today), perfectly unopened and with a receipt. They refused and I am now stuck with a $35 dollar specialized stapler that I will never use bc I am not in that trade. Baffles me how a local small business is willing to loose a good local paying customer over $35. Dont cry when a big box store someday moves in around the corner and "hurts" your business!

They have no idea what their doing. At least when it comes to BMW audio upgrades. Completely embarassing and unprofessional. Not only were they even more clueless than ultimate sound and security, but they were higher priced as well. Forced to do the job myself.

Complete assholes every time Ive been in like their something special lol. Go somewhere else. Nobody needs your attitudes IEI
