I must say how impressed I am with Richmond Appliances service. I needed service on my dryer and was looking for somewhere to service it when I found Richmond Appliance. I called and asked if I could schedule a service on a unit that I hadnt bought there (came with our new construction house) and scheduled me a service the next day! Norm was there the next morning with a big smile and diagnosed the problem immediately. The problem was minor one and he was able to fix it. He kept my wife and I informed the whole time and was totally HONEST about what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. After a small bill and great service they definitely earned a customer LIFE. It is so hard to find good service, pricing and good people in today s world, lucky for me I found a business with all THREE. Thanks!

What a great experience. We were looking for a new washer and dryer and had already been to all the "big-box" stores when we stumbled upon Richmond Discount. I had heard of them for years, but never took the time to check them out. The staff was all so accommodating, ready and wiling to help. It was nice to have an experienced and knowledgeable salesperson that wanted to help, unlike other places that you need to search out to find someone that has no interest or knowledge of the product theyre selling. Although I was "sold" on purchasing from them, even if the price was higher, the bonus was the price was a little lower than their competition. I would highly recommend them.
