(this review is for the Paterson location not the Woodbridge ) this place is a waste dont even bother or waste your money and time going the manager who supposedly the owner named Eric ( for all locations by the way ) is the most rude obnoxious disgusting man, he will literally fight you and argue with you that your wrong when his guys makes the mistakes i bought a refrigerator for my parents and had someone pick it up and when i got it before taking it upstairs i did a thorough inspection and the fridge was USED and nasty they didnt even clean it ,it had dirty draws and rust inside the fridge where the ice tray was and other places and on top of that it wasnt even the right fridge i picked so i called the sales boy named Chris immediately and explained to him it wasnt the fridge i picked and he said come in as soon as i can and when i did the next day i dealt with that prick Eric and he has the nerve to demand payment for an exchange which costed 100 dollars and to his surprise the fridge that i picked was still in the showroom needless to say these people are very nasty business people all he wants is your money and all they care about is getting rid of their garbage that they sell dont waste your time and money in investing in this place i wish that i had read reviews before i went but lesson learned and i hope this can be a help to someone who is thinking of going to this so called business

Great scratch and dent store! I recently visited the Woodbridge warehouse and was very pleased with my shopping experience. All the inventory was nicely laid out so you can see each piece before buying. The sales person was very helpful in finding what I was looking for. I was looking for a fridge and found a high end Samsung with a barely noticeable dent over the ice dispenser that could easily be cover with a photo or magnet. The price was 1/2 the MSRP and way under the cheapest online offer. I also purchased a Samsung front loading washer/dryer with barely noticeable scuff marks on the front door. The washer/dryer comes with a 3 month warranty and 6 months for the fridge. The sales person offered to sell a 5 year extended plan, but I wasnt interested. I plan on coming back soon for matching Samsung microwave, dishwasher, and range oven to complete my kitchen. Finally they offer to hold any item for 30 days before delivery if so desired.

They are fraud. They do not have their own company policy. They cheat us. We bought microwave item did not work at all. we returned the item and they gave store credit when we went to use this store credit they denied to accept my store credit they said we will check our own record then call you back. Never got call when we call them they said we are still checking our record which they didnt keep any record. Means they just took our money. Very unreliable and unfaithful person. Please do not take store credit. Very disappointing.
