Please know that this Sprouts store has employees with serious issues with RACE, This is a very Sad Day in Simi Valley. This incident happened Monday Aug 28, 2017 around 5:25 in the late afternoon time. At Sprouts at the Deli counter with witnesses. An employee of Spouts older lady with glasses at the Deli counter refused to take my order because of my Skin color. I even have witnesses that were so disgusted with what they were seeing that they went to the store manager to complain about the obvious case of Racial Discrimination, With whats currently going on in the world today with the hate groups..... This is absolutely shocking to see a Deli counter clerk representing Sprouts to acknowledge me standing there waiting to be severed..... And continued to skip me and help others that were just walking up after me. I will never forget this Racial Transgression.... And I will NEVER SHOP AT SPROUTS AGAIN ! ! ! Sprouts Employs Racist ! ! THE WHOLE WORLD SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS !

I would never believe that I would be a target of Racial Discrimination, Until I walked into Sprouts Health Foods.... I am disappointed and thoroughly disgusted with the way Sprouts employs Hate. Monday August 28, 5:25PM , with a witness standing behind me.... The older lady with glasses at the Deli Counter refused to take my sandwich order because of my dark skin color....,she knew I was standing there, And continued to serve other customers just walking up LONG after me standing there waiting to be served. THIS IS A VERY SAD DAY IN SIMI VALLEY..... Personally....I am hurt and shocked that display of discrimination and hate is ruining the quality of life. I will never shop at Sprouts Again......because as a whole....,they engage in HATE.

They do bait and switch deal. They had organic Fuji apples on sale same price as non organic. When I went in they had huge selection on non organic but the organic section was total of 7 apples all bruised. Today I went in to buy oranges again on sale but the section and selection was too small and unable to reach. They laid pineapples and other fruits in front of the table and oranges way back. Im 5 10" and I cant reach it. Thay just use sale items to bring people in. Just wondering if this is local management decision or corporate. I expect bait and switch in some shoddy industries but not at local grocery.

Love this store for their milk in the glass containers and veggies, love going here for sandwiches too but the last time I went they had a younger girl making them, when I ordered a tuna sandwich she couldnt figure out what the tuna looked like and when she put it on the bread she bent down to sniff it? very odd to me... and the way she wrapped the sandwiches in the paper was by crumpling the paper around it... I had to re-wrap them myself when I walked away. That is my only complaint, besides some things having an expiration date of the following day!

Incredibly poor fruits quality. Produces are not fresh and very expensive. The meat department does not have variety and whatever is available, again is "extremely expensive". The fish looks terrible. I was very excited waiting for the opening. I have a strong feeling they are going to close down. There are very few people shopping there consequently cannot support the stores expenses. Farewell Sprouts and good luck.

The staff is polite and wonderful. The food leaves much to be desired. Why does this newer store in the neighborhood have such old food? The baked granola tastes like mold. The olives from the olive bar taste like they were sitting in an old 1950s fridge for 3 weeks and the nuts from the bulk area are stale. I like Sprouts, just not this one.

In general I love sprouts for their selection, but the management at this store is not up to par. In the mornings they act too busy to properly help a customer trying to find a product, and I was bounced around from department to department by employees who knew nothing. Sweet, but incompetent.

This place is great. They have affordable prices and amazing customer service. If they are out of something the staff goes the extra mile and helps you find something comparable. The cashier, Joyce, and the manager were so friendly and nice. I highly recommend shopping here.

Its nice to have a grocery store that focuses on organics. We shop at Trader Joes also and find the price on some of the same items at Sprouts to be a bit more. Sprouts is well stocked with produce and unusual items in the store.

First time visiting this Simi location yesterday, and as much as I love my Thousand Oaks location, I think I prefer this one. Its just a lot bigger & open feeling. Both have the same great products.
