I have never had good service at their Deli. Ive often had to wait and then was refused service because they were out of containers.. Tonight I waited about five minutes to be served, luckily a nice man, who by the look of his outfit appeared to work at the butcher counter, came by to help me and offered me a discount on a whole chicken because they were out of pieces. The female worker at the bakery that I asked to see if there was someone working at the deli was extremely rude, distant. She would barely acknowledge that I was there or look like she wanted to answer my question. It looked like she was on the end of her shift and really wanting leave the place but youd expect someone to at least engage with you as a human, which she did not. I plan on never going back to this Vons unless its an emergency.

Being a High Schooler, Vons is a convenient and fast store to get lunch at. Perfect, except that they treat MHS Students like crap! - They will not let you park in their lot, even if you are a regular customer. If they even suspect that you park there for the high school, then they will tow your car. -All Vons employees treat MHS students like third class citizens. If you want to simply buy something, the rudeness of the employees is impossible to avoid. If you value your community, do not spend your money here.

The grapes we bought were already going bad. I also dont see what the improvement was in tearing down the Starbucks to put up another Starbucks in the same layout and style. Not sure how this new starbucks inside Vons is different from the one before? Staff is all so friendly each time we shop there.

Quick visit for a few random items & to order from the Starbucks inside the store. There were very few employees around, so I had to wait to check out, even though there were no customers. Starbucks was also incredibly slow... only 1 person working... waited 15 minutes.

A year later I am updating my review. Still two stars. Bad experience at fish counter today...no prices on anything and the guy behind the counter seemed annoyed that I wanted to know the price before I bought anything. Its always something in there.

The Customer Service at the Starbucks in Vons store is really really bad .. The morning girl is rude , service is terrible . and management does nothing about it. .Sending letter to Starbucks Corp office . twice I called a manager about this .

Im giving this place 3 stars because I like the staff in there. However, from a price and convenience standpoint I feel the company is milking an area with limited grocery store options. Pretty much everything in the place is over priced.

Vons in Moorpark has great employees, but suffers from what all Vons stores do - higher prices and almost always having at least 1 item in your cart ring up at a different price that advertised &/or indicated on the shelf.

Marked decrease in quality over the past 10 years. Products exhausted or expired on the shelves. As one of few grocery stores in Moorpark, the know they have a captive audience and dont have to try.

By far the slowest checkout process of any supermarket. I could have gone to Ralphs and back and still had time to relax before making dinner. Dont think I will be returning to this store.

A young man with a very full beard was extremely rued. I went for cottage cheese. They were out of the kind I usually buy . Isnt a snood required on a full beard in a grocery store?

Good selection of produce but is very overpriced. Has a redbox and starbucks inside which is nice. The supermarket has everything you need but higher priced then Ralphs.
