This has been my favorite Ralphs for years, but I will NEVER AGAIN return to the STARBUCKS inside of it. The workers there are RUDE and do not care about customer service. I ordered my drink with their worker Natasha and she gave me PURE attitude when I wanted to confirm that my drink had no sugar in it. I was making sure because I am a TYPE 1 DIABETIC and have had serious issues with this kind of mistake in the past. She practically rolled her eyes at me! Not to mention that while I was waiting, all she could do was GOSSIP about her fellow employees, not a very nice girl and not a very nice establishment.

Average store, seemingly miserable staff. Was there a few nights ago after work at about 12:45am, they had already turned the auto doors off. Someone tried to come in wanting one thing, security guard literally told him to "get lost" and one of the cashiers said "if youre hungry, Jack In The Box is open" over the loudspeaker 3 people in line left their groceries and walked out. That was extremely uncalled for especially after closing 15 minutes early. I would avoid this store if I were you

parking is a issue and always crowded right in front of the store but they did just add a Starbucks coffee (not that we need another Starbucks), there lotto machine broke and I had to wait while they tried with no success to fill it, but on the plus side they had a very hard to find product (maruchan instant lunch cheese flavor) which I bought all of but I was only there becuase that location has a outside RedBox movie rental that had my movie in stock ...

This Ralphs location is alright. Parking is a bit of a hassle. Some of the produce isnt very fresh, I had to skip on buying avocados because they were all spoiled, not sure why they were still out. The only bright spot on my visit was the cashier, Mel. She was very nice and efficient!

When you heard about morals and integrity you would think they do what is right. My 14years i worked for this company all i sow was nothing like who ralphs play to be. I hope somehow you pay tha way you treated me,because i did nothing to deserve it.

love the free parking, the big store, and the wide selection. always really convenient to come in and out of this place. i also love the food court upstairs~ which makes coming out here from the westside so much more convenient!

I went their hurricane rain coming down I slightly parked on a handicap pavement in 10 minutes time I got a $363 ticket. And parking is ridiculous I am going the extra mile to Vons
