This DSW recently got a kids section - I went today with all three littles in tow (5,4, and 10 months), which is sometimes a disaster. The staff was amazing and came straight away to measuring feet, gave the kids fun temporary tattoos, and wrote everyones information down on these helpful sheets so that as I looked I didnt forget where they should be (mommy brain). I will be going back there again for my kids (and myself)!!

Super friendly customer service. I had young man by the name of Christian (i think or hope that was the name). He helped me with my exchange, couldnt find a replacement, so he ordered a new one to be ordered and shipped to my house. Great customer service, plus hes from my home town.

Massive selection of footwear womens>mens>kids. They have wide fitting trainers!!!!! Not many but, hey, beggars cant be choosers! Manage to get some asics for $55 and the sale items are good for a hunt through too. Hubby got these crocs for $25 - well happy!

This DSW is the hugest DSW Ive ever seen. You could spend 3 days in there. The clearance section is literally bigger than the entire size of some of the other stores Ive been in! Awesome selection, found two pairs of perfect shoes!

Tons of shoes to choose from and the employees there are super helpful!! The shoes that they didnt have in stock, they were able to order them from the warehouse and ship to me at no charge! Love this place!!

Really disappointing, wed had this place talked up to us but when we got there everything was as expensive as it would have been if we were in the mall and the selection of shoes was poor.

A poor example of DSW, and its in a prime location. The selection of mens shoes is abysmal especially sandals, something I thought would be readily available in Florida.
