I am not gonna lie, I have never been inside. But I go to the Starbucks next door frequently and to save a few steps I park in front of Payless. Based on the signs in the window shoes are sold at rock bottom prices. I believe the signs are being truthful. I am a very trusting person, in fact it is a weakness of mine that I am so trusting. But with all things considered, I believe the signs and you should too.

Stopped in for a pair of comfortable shoes for a wedding, ended up finding out they had a great sale on accessories and shoes so I bought some cute headbands and another pair of shoes that I didnt plan on purchasing. They really have great prices and some really cute items.
