The customer service is TERRIBLE, I had never had such a bad experience in a store. The managers are rude and the employees are misinformed. Do not buy in that store and less accept that they send them to their houses because they do not arrive in the time that they promise to you. They deceive Tourists. CAUTION. El servicio al cliente es TERRIBLE, jamás había tenido tan mala experiencia en una tienda. Los manager son mal educados y los empleados están mal informados.. No compren en esa tienda y menos acepten que les hagan envíos a sus casas porque no llegan en el tiempo que ellos te prometen. Ellos engañan a los turistas.

Its the mall, so it was crowded and overwhelming. But the staff was friendly when I asked for shoes, went right into the back to get the size and the price was $27 cheaper than Famous Footwear (the first place I stopped for the shoe). They were cheaper than every store on the internet, so I made the drive over.

I came here on a busy Friday afternoon. They have a good selection of sneakers at reasonable prices. Customer service was great. I like that they had an ample amount of employees working the floor in each section of the store who were helpful and knowledgeable.

I tried to call the store 3 times over the course of a few hours to see if a particular shoe was in stock and available to try on. No one answered on any of those attempts... apparently they cant be bothered so I took my business elsewhere. Genius.
